I attended this practice for 4 years. In my most recent interaction, the vet I spoke to was dismissive and judgemental. They did not offer clear advice or compassion during an incredibly difficult situation. I would be hesitant to rely on this practice, I felt completely unsupported and alone

Highly recommended. Sarah and the team have looked after many cats for us over the years. They are kind, caring and practical. Everything from pills, neutering, advice, once vaccinating a very timid cat who hid in the back of the cupboard and on occasion performing emergency life saving procedures. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

SJ Hales are amazing, the staff are lovely, caring and knowledgeable. They are kind and reassuring, excellent in an emergency and Sarah is possibly one of the nicest human beings on the planet. Can't recommended highly enough - 100 stars!

We bring our dog here, and they are always amazing with him. Thankfully, he loves the vet’s, but they always work with us and what we are comfortable with and let us know options. I wound recommend to anyone with animals. It’s never a case of giving medication for the sake of it and they will always help on the phone and advise whether they think we need an appointment.

Absolutely fantastic. If it wasn't for Sarah (the most caring vet ever) and staff from front dest to top carers, my little dog (Minnie)would not be here now. Went above and beyond there work, also helped so much with insurance forms.... 10 out of 10 isn't enough.... THANK YOU FOR EVER XX

We appreciate everyone in SJ Hales help us through the hardest time. My lovely cat Latte was suspected of having cancer somewhere else. However they couldn’t really tell us the result, despite we have spent quite a lot in that clinic. That’s why we decided to change to SJ Hales. After having initial consultation with SJ Hales, we have chosen them to proceed treatment due to their precise diagnosis, professionalism, caring and efficiency. Due to the condition emergency surgery was soon arranged, followed by several phone calls and caring follow ups. We made the right choice for our lovely Latte, we are really appreciated all the vets involving especially Sarah and Paul. Thank you.
