We met with Alex the vet. He was running late and apologised. It was easy to understand why he was running late as the lady before us came out in tears (I suspect she had had to make a horrible decision and the vet gave her the extra time that she needed) Alex was kind and gentle with our pet. He gave the time to understand the problem and suggested two options to address the pain. Highly recommended.

My beautiful greyhound was attacked by a dangerously out of control dog. Vets 4 Pets were incredible Omer spent over 2& half hours surgery in him to save him. 4days later he was giving to have further surgery to remove dead skin & flush infection out. When they started the operation it became apparent despite all the powerful antibiotics given since the attack to many different types of infection had aggressively spread through his body and organs. He would have been in lifelong pain and to much muscle skin and flesh had to be removed he would forever be in pain. Kindest thing was to say goodbye to my big soft gentle boy. Everyone the whole team from reception to vets have been incredible they tried their absolute best to save him. They have shown us nothing but compassion and kindness we got to spend as long as we wanted with Storm he passed peacefully in my arms. I can’t recommend them enough.

Vet was extremely kind and professional and I was very pleased with how she looked after our cat. However, I found the reception staff standoffish and unprofessional, openly discussing customers in front of others in the waiting area. I heard them talking about a cat and saying they thought the owner was making it anxious. I feel this is personal and inappropriate while customers are present, and they should have more awareness of people’s feelings. This could be a really great practice if the front-of-house experience matched the standard of care from the vets.

Extremely disappointing experience with these Vets. Yesterday my cat was sick, and since I’m not from the area, I quickly searched for a nearby vets. I found this one on Google with good reviews and decided to take the risk of driving there, even though the cat was barely alive. When I finally arrived, I explained the problem and mentioned that the cat was extremely sick. Alex the vet completely refused to even look at it. He didn’t offer to check it later, didn’t suggest looking at it — just said he had “no time” and walked away. I found Alex’s attitude shockingly unprofessional and inhumane. In a moment of stress and urgency, a bit of understanding or respect would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place.

We can’t thank Omer our vet enough for the incredible care he’s given our dog. From the moment our pup was booked in for neutering, right through to now as we prepare for surgery on both knees, Omer has been nothing but supportive, professional, and kind. He’s talked us through every step in detail, making sure we fully understood what was happening and what to expect. It’s clear how much he cares—not just about the animals, but about the people who love them too. His communication is excellent, and he’s helped us feel confident and informed throughout what could have been a really stressful time. We feel lucky to have him looking after our dog. Highly recommend!

Very responsive and quick when booking appointments. Alex the vet has been very helpful with our hamster, talking us through all of the options and issuing treatment when necessary. We are very grateful for the service we have received here

Absolutely Fantastic service, really friendly and helpful staff throughout the store. Brought my cat in today and 15 week old Teacup chihuahua, extremely professional, would definitely recommend this store.
