Thanks a lot for taking a look at Luna as a priority when she chewed through a battery!

I am raw with the loss of my beloved Angus today. All those who cared for him deserve heartfelt praise for their compassion, upfront no nonsense approach and transparency with everything. I would particularly like to mention Greg & Sophie; the kind hearted vets, the vet nurse and the lovely lady on reception (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) (long day) who gave me a most welcome hug. Angus and his mum and dad are thankful for you guys

I recently had to put my cat to sleep which was extremely sad. Vets4pets handled the whole situation very sensitively with genuine care and compassion. I really cannot thank the staff enough for making this difficult time a little easier for me. And all the special touches (like giving me samples of my cats hair in bottles, 4 paw prints to keep and a card in the post a few days later), are wonderful reminders of my treasured cat.

We would like to thank Vets For Pets, particularly our vet Greg, for the care and attention they gave to our dog Murphy recently. Murphy had to have a large operation. Greg explained the options clearly to us so we understood the implications. Murphy has recovered well and the aftercare from Greg and the team has been excellent. Thank you Vets For Pets 👏

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We took our 6yr old chihuahua Benji to see the vet due to a small cough, we were informed that he in fact had a heart murmur but she couldn’t tell us how severe or “how long he had” without a £400 heart scan. He was put on medication for a week, we took him in for his medication review (this time with the male vet) he said Benji was doing amazing and he was so happy and pleased with his progress, he reduced his medication and said to see how we go. We took him back in 3 days later as the cough had returned, the female vet then proceeded to tell us that Benji had less than 2 months to live and shortly we would have to make the tough decision to put him to sleep. I was so devastated, shocked and confused that his condition could change so dramatically in the space of 3 days. I knew something was very very wrong so I took him to The Ark Vets for a second opinion and within 5 minutes they informed me that the diagnosis was WRONG! Yes he does have a heart murmur but there’s no way he only has 2 months left to live, they gave him some new medication and said he’s going to live a FULL AND HAPPY LIFE! If I hadn’t had that feeling in my gut and got the second option my little Benji would’ve been put to sleep for absolutely no reason. These 2 vets at vets4pets are a disgrace, they need investigating and their qualifications checked, absolutely disgusted! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Has a look around this new layout new store, Like the look of the new lay out full of various brand names for all pets small or large. The shopping bags you use instead of baskets on the left as you walk in for small shop is ok, you can still use the large shopping trolleys situated just outside if your shop is going to be larger. They also have pet grooming pet vets and a operating theatre inside. The new till layout is more open and could get a bit tight with a few trolleys there. However it looks good clean and 3 hours free parking worth a visit.
