Please please make sure you read there polices as in terms of sourcing prescription medication as they like to over charge on prescription medication . You have the rights to request the medication prescription and source other uk vet approved pharmaceutical… charging me £87 for ear drop ( 2 drops ) and on top of consultation fee’s way over priced!

Our dog got out last night , we heard he had been taken to this vets by one of our neighbours , when we rang the vets to ask if a dog had been handed in stray we were told that one had been handed in but they can’t disclose any information of what the dog looked like , we had a family member who was already in the store and had been to our usual vets who had contacted vets4pets to confirm if they had our dog or not , when the family never arrived at vets4pets they had no idea about the previous phone call that had happened minutes prior to her arrival and still wouldn’t disclose information , our dog was apparently scanned and “ unable to find the chip “ even though we’ve had him chipped it’s a legal requirement so I’d say the majority of dogs who come to vets4pets are microchipped so how they were unable to find the chip is beyond me , such a simple thing and they failed at the first hurdle. We had contacted the vets prior to our dog even arriving there asking , they did not ask to take our number and name like every other vets in redditch did and by 6.15 our dog arrived at the vets we made a phone call at 6.17 and they said he was already being picked up by the warden , not even 2 minutes and you’ve had him picked up by a warden , shocking behaviour I have no idea what’s going on it’s that place. Will be making formal complaints to head office , ombudsman’s etc , I’ll also be coming down to make this complaint in person and seeking legal advice and potential action due to your incompetence.

My cat unfortunately passed away due to an inconsiderate driver. Pets at home vets took ages to answer the phone to explain what I needed to do as I was so devastated. The receptionist was not empathetic or kind. She was dismissive and just said one word answers. Not a good start…. I could barely speak on the phone. When I took my cat to the vets the vet was kind and explained my options and that I’d get a call or text when she’s back from cremation. I have received NO calls, text or email from them. It’s disgusting and it has added to my heartbreak. My cat was left at the vets for about a week collecting dust and I was waiting for nothing. My cat was my baby and she was loved. The service here was shocking. I would not recommend to anyone. Please go elsewhere.

The only pet they care about is a pet called money!! My puppy recently had a benign on the side of him, we paid for tests and was told nothing to worry about at all. Fast forward and over the course of 2 weeks it got worse and worse to the point we took him back as the skin had burst, after taking him back they said he needs it removed immediately yet we were told on the phone it was nothing to worry about at all from the test results Outrageous was an understatement but what can you do when it's a beloved pet that is part of the family. We were told it was an immediate operation which he definitely needed it otherwise it will get worse!! We had our doubts as well as trying to find £1200 to pay for the operation so we had a second opinion and took our puppy to another reputable vets to be told it's something they have seen loads of times and quite common with puppies. A course of antibiotics and a wait of around 2 months and it cleared up and practically healed like nothing had happened. The second reputable vets said that vets 4 pets Redditch had actually made it worse by taking a scrape for tests and they said that a puppy of his age is not advisable to be put under for the operation and was quite surprised that a vet practice had recommended this treatment. On top of the above, I immediately cancelled his care plan as clearly my puppy was registered at the butchers not vets, everything was cancelled which I did ask when cancelling his care plan was there any remaining fees...I was told nope that's fine you can cancel the direct debt with no worries. Clearly the calls being recorded for training purposes aren't working as the employee there told me false information when I was sent a letter stating I owed the vets £60 cancellation fee even though I originally asked if there was any fees such as his when I took him off there butcher register. Unless your pet needs to be put down I'd avoid these vets although they'd probably make a mess of that too, go to another reputable vets as you'll save money and also get the correct kind of care instead of unnecessary operations which they actually caused the problem in the first place and also be told incorrect information on the phone. Would not surprise me if I ignored the demanding letters of the cancellation fee and be met with bailiffs and take my puppy away, the words that spring to mind and should probably remain themselves vets4cash on uneeded treatment are us!! I can sleep happily knowing my puppy is under good care at another vets without paying ridiculous money which they haven't got from me on a unessary operation and so can bruno without having butchers open him up like a can of sardines. It's a shame as I have used these vets for the past 6 years, they had the opportunity to correct the late payment fee... But each time I spoke to someone they just read out the terms and conditions
