Excellent care as usual for my aged cats. Mr Lindsay has cared for all our pets for many years and with Rachel have always provided the utmost treatment, advice and compassion.

We’ve been with Ark Vets for over twenty years and they’ve always been brilliant with all our pets. Rachel came out to help us say goodbye to our old spaniel and we can’t thank her enough. She was kind, patient and made sure he was comfortable while giving us the time we needed as a family. She turned a really tough moment into something peaceful and supportive, and that meant the world to us. Thank you to Rachel and the team for their support.

I have used this practice from when it first opened back in the early 90’s, Julian Marcus now retired and Richard Lindsey, still going thank god have always looked after my Hungarian Vizslaks, from conception birth and sadly crossing the rainbow bridge, they are very knowledgeable of my breed and I’ve actually worked the dogs on the same shoots that Julian and Richard have frequently used, the support both have given me goes beyond normal vet and client, we have become close friends and that means a lot to me. Thank you all for the excellent service.

Staying with family in Stratford, and our pointer decided to ingest a large toy when out walking. We were seen within 30 minutes and everyone was wonderful. Really friendly practice, and luckily said toy came up. Maybe he'll go faster at the canicross race tomorrow 🙄. Thank you so much for helping us out. Greatly appreciate it.

Went to a breeder who turned out to be awful. So had to bring him home. New to the area. Not only did The Ark squeeze us in for a health check which identified some issues. A week later he had his first vaccine. What a lovely caring environment with such great staff. Little Bilbo is going to be in good hands if he ever needs medical intervention. Best vets I have ever used.
