Severn Vets - Alcester

I have been a client at this vets practice since 1987 and over the years they have treated all my animals with care, compassion and expertise. I currently have to take my elderly cat, Ruby, to this practice every four weeks for an arthritis injection and we are always greeted with friendliness and professionalism. The receptionists, nurses and vets are so knowledgeable and respectful and they clearly are passionate regarding all animals and their care needs. Severn Vets Alcester are the best.

We have been visiting Severn Vets, Alcester for 10 years...always excellent service & support. We have recently had a very poorly dog and the kindness and commitment of the whole team is just brilliant. We are greeted by Shelley who understands how stressful vets visits can be for both pet and owners, and the vets too, especially Helen and Alison. Because of such tremendous support from the moment we walk through the door, our dog survived a traumatic health issue. Thank you so so much!

We’ve been using Severn Vets now for the last 5 years since we got our pup and they’ve always been great. Our dog is can be a handful - when it comes to kennel cough, you’re essentially getting into the ring with Mike Tyson, but with teeth (she is muzzled!). Yesterday, the vet was very understanding when I said she’ll be fine for the health check, but when we get to the kennel cough, I’ll put a muzzle on quickly but she may try to box. He was great - as soon as the muzzle was on, he did the kennel cough in such a flash the dog didn’t have time to react or panic. It made what can be quite an ordeal an absolute doddle - no stress, just efficient. Brilliant vets, would always recommend!

Always been extremely happy with this practice. Reception staff are extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful too. There’s always treats available so my dog actually likes to visit. When they closed Stratford branch we travelled to Alcester to remain with them. I have a happy, healthy pet. We are in the healthy pet club.

I took my miniature dachshund in for his booster and nail clip. He is usually super nervous and easily stressed but Vet Elizabeth was brilliant with him! She kept him calm and did everything she needed to. Thank you 🙏🏻

Been using Severn Vets for the last 3 years and always received excellent service. Staff are efficient and compassionate (supported me through my old dog’s euthanasia) and I would highly recommend this practice.
