The vets and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, we were seen quickly and had no problems with the service. Overall, a good experience 👌🏻

We saw Cian yesterday with our very nervous spaniel, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly kind, patient, and caring throughout, and really took the time to listen and make both me and my dog feel at ease. What really stood out was that he managed to complete everything we came in for, something we’ve struggled with at other veterinary practices due to our dog’s anxiety. His calm and understanding approach made all the difference. I’m so grateful for the positive experience and really hope we’re able to see Cian again in the future. Highly recommend!

Sorry it’s taken this long to write a review but we lost our beloved beagle Ollie just after Xmas and it’s been a difficult few weeks, I would just like to thank all the staff at the Worcester branch for all their kindness and compassion,he was surrounded by the family at the end and we were never felt pressured to to leave after and allowed to spend the last few minutes with him. We received his ashes back after only a few days complete with a lovely hand written card and his paw prints on it which was a lovely touch.once again thank you SO MUCH your compassion made what was a very traumatic experience a little easier to go through. Many many thanks from the ware family

We have always found both the vets and the vet nurses àt Berkeley House to be kind and attentive. We have had both our cats and dogs treated here over the years and have no complaints at all. We particularly love the reception staff who are always welcoming.

We have used Severn Vets for several years, first with our old cats, then our two rescue dogs, and most recently with our two rescue kittens, Snips and Smoe, who had their first vaccinations and microchipping appointment yesterday. We have been seen by seveal vets over the years for routine appointments for vaccinations etc, dentals, neutering, emergency admissions and end of life care. All interactions have been handled professionally, with warm care and compassion. The vet nurses and reception team are also fantastic, always friendly and full of really useful information and advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
