My elderly dog has an ongoing condition and a very difficult one to treat. We visited our vets once more last week and received more painkillers for him (he's a couple of weeks short of 15 yrs old). The vets are always very patient with him; and the reception staff are superb.

I can’t speak highly enough of Medivet Rugby Hillmorton. Every time Baxter visits, he’s treated with such genuine kindness and care. The team always takes the time to make him feel comfortable, and it’s clear they truly enjoy what they do. They always greet him with a smile. I’m so grateful for the level of attention and compassion they consistently show him.

Positive experience at medivet, they took the time to explain things clearly to me, also made my dog feel calm and looked after as she was pretty nervous in the waiting area. Very pleased with how friendly the staff were 😊
