  I was really nervous about going to Medivet in Binley as I'd just moved house and had a really good relationship with my old vet. I needn't have been worried. The vet was lovely (I believe her name was Gabriella?). She was really attentive to my cat, Oscar, and carried out his initial checkup quickly and efficiently, without causing him any excess stress. All in all, a great first experience.

  This was my first visit with the dog, but I will definitely be bringing my cats as well. For the first time since having a dog with allergies, I was offered a long-term treatment plan. And, honestly, it was also the first time I felt that a veterinarian was truly listening to my concerns rather than following a routine approach. I left feeling heard, understood, and confident about the care my pet is receiving.

  I've used this branch for 8 years now since adopting my boy. Over the years I've spoken with many of the staff here, all of which are absolutely lovely, helpful and very patient. They're always very knowledgeable, supportive and reassuring with all of my concerns. Gabby has always been the main vet to look at my boy, he absolutely loves her and check up visits feel like disney world to him due to how much he enjoys seeing Gabby and the team. Recently we had a scare and Gabby again, on hand with amazing support and communicative skills so I'm always kept informed. I'm forever grateful for the care my boy gets and the reassurance my overactive brain also gets. Huge thank you to this branch

  It was our first visit last night and we instantly felt at ease. The reception staff were lovely and the vet was tentative and extremely thorough

  Medivet binley is the best vet I've been to so far. They are so easy to get in contact with and our appointments have all gone smoothly. The staff are helpful and the vets are really experienced and care a lot about our rabbits, it makes us feel very relieved and at peace.

  A visit to Medivet , Binley Road for routine vaccinations. Pleasant waiting room and was called in on time. Lovely female vet, Gabriela, who engaged in conversation. A health check also carried out and vaccinations given. Easy to book appointments online too. Good experience.

  Always provide fantastic service, from reception staff to the nurses and the vet. Helpful and informative with any concerns or queries. Cannot fault Medivet Binley and will always recommend their care to other pet owners.
