Despite reading excellent reviews for this this has sadly not been my own experience. I paid for 1st class delivery for parasite testing and didnt receive the kit within timescale notified. I have tried emailing and calling (left a message with person answering phone) but no-one has got back to me. Highly disappointing. I dont know where to go with this now.

A faultless service! I received the sample collection kit the day after ordering the Dog and Cat Diamond Test (qPCR), and it included a prepaid return label. When it was misplaced, Amy J provided a replacement the day after it was reported. She was both professional and polite. The results were available via OneDrive (download optional) four days after dispatch, and they are clear and well presented, including advise for my next actions. Thank you ParasiteVet/Veterinary Parasitology, from me and my cat, Serena!

Absolutely disgusted with the level of service here, please avoid if your pet is unwell, been waiting over 4 weeks since we first ordered our test. Phone calls ignore, emails ignored. My mind is absolutely boggled by the good reviews of this place. Unprofessional, they have broken all their T&C’s and stated turn around times

I purchased the Silver worming test for my dog. Their communication is excellent, my questions were answered very quickly. I received the lung worm results in five days (on a Saturday). I am still waiting for the other test results and it is Thursday morning. As this company is primarily set up to do research I am happy to wait as I hope these samples might show an insight into geo locations of worms and whether it is really necessary to give worming tablets every six months. I note in previous reviews that some people were sent a replacement sample/test tube free of charge. I needed a replacement tube and was charged approximately £4.
