Ridiculously helpful staff. Reception team are amazing and show care and concern for animals, veterinary team are awesome too, Holly especially as she randomly rings to check up on one of my pets due to his long-term health condition. They really care.

The reception staff and the vets are just amazing. Truly care for their customers and the animals. My cat has a life long condition and we're there frequently and she's always been looked after so well. Thank you!

I cannot rate this high enough, 5 stars just isn’t enough. I have recently had to put my lovely cat Frankie to sleep and the staff at Vets 4 Pets Cleveleys were so wonderful. From the moment that I moved up to Cleveleys and I contacted Vets 4 Pets they have been wonderful. The receptionists have been very helpful in arranging appointments and the Vets very knowledgeable and very caring. They found the time to listen to any issues and spent time to explain everything and ask my opinion on what I would like to do regarding medication and care etc. Recently my elderly cat Frankie has been poorly and from the moment we took him to the vets initially until his last days I cannot fault them. Lynsey was the vet that had dealt with Frankie the most and you could see from the way she treated him she was passionate about her work and so caring to both Frankie and to me and my partner. She explained what was going on and she gave us every opportunity to run his treatment how we wanted to. If we didn’t want to carry out any tests that was fine but when it came to the time that we were ready to have some tests done she was excellent at explaining everything to us of what she was going to do, and what the way forward would be. However during all of this time she still gave us the opportunity for us to decide which route we would go down. I put my complete trust in Lynsey that she would do the best for Frankie and you could see that she genuinely cared for him and I knew she would not put him through anything that he didn’t want to do unless she had to. She even phoned us late at night after a hard day in surgery to discuss his treatment. I cannot thank her enough. When the end came the whole practice was so compassionate, they obviously knew what we were there for and they treated us and Frankie with the upmost respect, ensuring that we got to spend as much time as we wanted to with him in the end. Everything was led by what we wanted to do, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend to anyone to register with this vets for their animals and just want to say thank you so much to the whole practice but especially Lynsey for the wonderful care they showed us. This is not just a job for them it is more than that.

We had to bring our beautiful little girl Mimi in on Tuesday as she had suddenly become very ill; loss of appetite, unable to use her litter box properly and being violently sick. Despite being extraordinarily busy we were able to get an appointment for a consultation which, after a scan and further checks, meant that we were faced with the choice no pet lover ever wants to face. I can only say a massive thank you to the staff here at Vets4Pets Cleveleys, yet the words "thank you" seem so insuffficient. The staff were absolutely amazing; Robyn, who gave us Mimi's initial diagnosis and who gave us some pain medication for her so we could take her home for just one night, the receptionists who hurriedly yet efficiently rearranged the next day's appointments so that we could bring Mimi in for the final time, and Charlotte, who not only looked after Mimi in her final moments, but who continued to talk to her after she passed - something both my partner and I were touched by. I know that vets generally get a bad press associated with the costs of treatment, but if our experience with the Team at Victoria Road is anything to go by, it is well worth every penny. We can take heart that in her final moments, Mimi was calm, pain free and surrounded by family who loved her, and trained and caring professionals who looked after her. Once again, a massive and heartfelt thank you.

Whilst away from home, our dog Olly became unwell and we took him to Vets4Pets Cleveleys. The staff were kind and caring, and did all they could. Sadly we had to let him go, but Debbie on reception showed such warmth and compassion. She's a wonderful person and we are truly grateful for the support, during such a difficult time.❤️

I used this practice for my border collie and with my current Labrador puppy. I was traumatised when I had to put my border collie to sleep but the vet and vet nurse treated the whole experience with care and dignity, I was allowed time with my boy and felt so much compassion from the staff. My new puppy absolutely loves going to the vet thanks to the puppy parties they run and the fact that the staff make a fuss of her. I think the prices are more than fair and transparent. All the staff work incredibly hard and it’s about time they were praised for the hard work they do. Special thanks to Caitlin for being so informative and thorough in nurse consults. Thanks for looking after all our pets!

rearranged appointment by them after they had an emergency a few days before. The Vet was supposed to fully examine her and give her her annual injections, He injected the dog and a quick feel and listened to her heart. That was it. Never looked at the previous notes of which there are still ongoing issues. Did not know what cross breed she was - although it is in the notes never checked her feet or nails. 3 years we have been customers - we are now looking for another vet. Simply disgraceful practice
