One of the best vets I know. My spaniel Sid had been going to them for a long time, and they were fantastic. Unfortunately, he was recently put to sleep, and they handled the situation really well. Couldn’t recommend them more

Always seem promptly, causing a little stress to my cats as possible. They handle your pet with care and compassion, asking appropriate questions and listening to your answers. Such a lovely practice, would highly recommend.

I have been with Lanes Vets for years and I always see Andrea Westbourne who is an absolute credit to the company. I never have a problem getting an appointment and I am always greeted warmly when arriving. When one of my cats had a problem with his eyes Andrea tried a number of non evasive options to correct it and consulted with an eye specialist. Unfortunately he did need an operation in both eyes. This was done by Andrea who did an excellent job and saved me a lot of money as the eye specialist wanted more than twice what Lanes charged. She also kept me calm and never made me feel I was a neurotic cat mum!! Family and friends have joined Lanes at my recommendation and I would tell anyone they are the best vets in this area. If you need a vet don’t hesitate to join Lanes.

Excellent service from Lanes Vets in Poulton. The staff are friendly, caring, and very professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made both me and my pet feel at ease. The practice is clean, well organised, and appointments run smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate veterinary practice.

Lanes vets in Poulton in my opinion offer a fantastic service. I sadly had to say goodbye to my Dexter dog of 14yrs, and Rebecca on reception and the vet were so kind and compassionate, they handled such a difficult situation and my saying goodbye so sensitively and as smoothly as anyone can hope for in a similar situation - thank you so much, I am forever grateful 🙏🏻 Susie

I’ve taken Willow, a young Cocker pup to see two vets now and both have been excellent. They’ve had a lovely and caring manner and very reassuring; answering all my questions and giving advice. They handled Willow well, keeping her relaxed and distracted when administering medication. We even got a new chew toy and toothbrush out of the visit. Really lovely and stress free experience.

Absolutely brilliant 👏 put me at ease straight away and my cat gizmo which i was very surprised as she doesn't like strangers but the vet was brilliant totally put gizmo at ease and felt like she actually cared about me and gizmo. Was expensive but you get what you pay for and I'm so glad I took gizmo here. Would definitely recommend this place loved it ☺️
