Excellent service - we took our cat to see a very kind and caring vet, Dr Tudor Herlea, who followed up with a visit recap email with a summary of the consultation and instructions as to how to take things forward with the problem. First class!

Things have really gone downhill since the new owners have taken over. I always used to see Alex the vet and he was so caring and compassionate. Sadly, all the old vets have left and during my most recent visit the male vet I saw seemed more bothered about discrediting the old vets’ advice than listening to my concerns, and trying to sell me things I didn’t need or ask for. Prices have also rocketed - was quoted over £2000 for a minor operation. I’ve recently moved to another local practice who are a fraction of the price actually listen and appear to care about me and my pet. He is booked in for the same op for under £1000. I’m so glad I sought a second opinion.

If you like your animal, do not go here they do not care for the dog whatsoever. They don’t care for any pet they care for the money. They have allowed a husky to go untreated with a massive flesh wome they just sat behind the desk saying no we can’t do anything. We can’t do anything then when I left they phoned other vets to make sure I didn’t use them and they badmouth me told them I had been abusive absolute lies. They totally lie to take your money and then to lock you out of vets vetspets and dogs trust are a big scam worst experience of my Dawg life £2000 down and they sent him out of the store with no bandage open flesh and was like Off go go and play on the beach. They are the worst if you like your pet do not go if you are in there you obviously hate your pet. This place is for pet haters. Including dogs trust it’s all a scam

I took Luna for her vaccination last month and after talking to the receptionist I was upset to hear that Alex and the other vets that used to work here had gone, they were always very nice to Luna and Alex especially was so gentle and slow with her as she can be nervous at the vets, he would always sit on the floor and talk to her for a while. The new vet didn’t take the same time to get to know her as Alex did so she was more scared and when I mentioned she had a bit of a limp sometimes after a long walk he didn’t seem very concerned. She’s booked in to get her limp checked at Animal A&E now, I hope they’ll be a bit better with her.

This is my regular vets practice, my Dog who is 2 has been coming here since 8 weeks old. I also have the Vaccine for life with them which means my dog has his yearly boosters and a full vet check plus a vet nurse check six months after for free for his entire life. It only cost me £100 ( price July 2021). They are always very good and patient with my dog to make him comfortable when he goes. Luckily he has only needed emergency treatment once for a spider bite after sticking his nose where he shouldn't and he needed an injection as his face was swelling . I personally have no complaints to date. Edit November 24 . Well forget everything above in regards to this practice . My dog has been registered with them since 8 wks he is now 3+1/2 , I have paid for Vax for life and in August I was encouraged to take out the flea and wormer plan , which I did , i tried to order the treatment last week to be told my dog would need an appointment before they could prescribe them as new vets had taken over . So today he had his appointment all fine , go to reception to then be told I cannot have the flea and wormer as it is no longer available on the plan ( since their takeover ) due to cost . The issue is not only have I been paying for this plan and have no treatment , but he was put on that specific treatment due to the others not being suitable. No one informed me of this when I went to order a few days ago , nor did the vet mention it to me . So now I have no treatment and am out of pocket £100 . AVOID THIS VETS

One of the best practices I've had the pleasure of being registered at. Long story short, my dog 1st litter anxious owner. Shout out to Jade who added me to the WhatsApp group, was at the end of the phone calming me down, and loads of advice. Amazing team. Six pups later and a happy owner 😊
