I can’t thank the team at Vets4Pets Southport enough for the care they gave to our cat, Ruby, in her final years. They treated her ear polyps and ensured she lived a very comfortable life before her passing. The staff were incredibly compassionate, supportive, and genuinely cared about her wellbeing every step of the way. We'll always be grateful for everything they did for Ruby.

We were visiting family in the area today and one of our dogs ate a raw chicken bone, a shard had punctured the roof of her mouth. We were incredibly grateful to the amazing team at Ocean Plaza who saw Luna immediately and she made a full recovery after the item was removed. We received advice from the vet which we took on board and were very surprised to only be billed for a standard appointment. Every member of staff from reception to nursing and the lovely vet was excellent and we would definitely recommend this practice based on our experience today. Thank you all! Nic, Tony & Luna the Spanish Water Dog.

Really outstanding service received. We were able to have our dog seen straight away. She was treated straight away and they kept us up to date at every stage. Robyn in particular really took her time to explain everything. We really felt the dog was in safe hands. All the staff there were absolutely brilliant and so friendly and caring. Would highly recommend.

We had a dog emergency when we were scheduled for a holiday (the day after the vet visit) and our big beautiful bear of a dog split two of his claws. The staff were amazing - kind, respectful, knowledgeable and made us and Jake, our dog, so very welcome. We came away feeling well assured and with a new plan into tackling vet visits with an anxious and reactive doggo. Thanks Lauren, and all the amazing staff at Vets4Pets!

I cannot thank the team, especially Lauren, Claire and Dylan, more for how much care they showed Milo in his final moments. They could not have done more to ensure that Milo’s final moments were pain free, dignified and surrounded by those that loved him (including his dog brother, Barney). Claire and Dylan, on reception, genuinely couldn’t have been kinder. You can tell they love animals and they always make such a fuss of our dogs. Their small moments of human kindness, from making cups of tea to subtly checking I was ok, made us feel so cared for. Lauren, the vet, spent time with us, earlier in the week, carefully talking us through the likely outcomes and options and could not have done a better job. She was patient and knowledgeable whilst being compassionate and caring and it helped us hugely. When the time came, she let us lead the timings of each part of the process, and didn’t make me feel rushed or that her focus was on anything other than Milo. I genuinely felt that she really liked Milo and felt privileged being there in his final moments and that brought huge comfort to me when she carried him away. It was particularly important for Barney to be there, due to him being fully blind, and the team couldn’t have done more to facilitate this. I honestly feel this has been a huge part of Barney understanding what has happened and being able to grieve his brother. I couldn’t recommend this vet team more highly.

I love the whole team. The reception staff is always so friendly and welcoming. You can see they love animals. I got my girl spayed not so long ago and I was so worried due to the risks. They took amazing care of her and on the pick up I was told they put her back to her carrier with her bunny toy and blanket after her spay as that’s where she felt the most safe. They put her comfort first and that meant everything to me. All the staff I met so far always treated my bunnies with love. Above and beyond treatment.
