Sadly I have not had the best experience because I cannot ever get through to make an appointment. No one answers the phone, no one responds to messages, emails or texts. I was told to get an evening appointment I would have to wait two months. Now I want to move vets and get her records passed to the new vet. After a week I have not been able to get a response and it’s so frustrating. What if I had an emergency. Poor service

Alex is the consumate Vet and Ellie is always warm and friendly. My dog loves going to Acacia so much that he has to be dragged out lol. Thank you Alex and Ellie and Hugh.

Thankyou to Hugh & Eleanor for taking great care of my lovely old dog Cherry, who was put to sleep on Friday. Due to Covid rules i couldn't be with her ,but I know they cared for her to the very end.

Experience counts for everything and Acacia are excellent. Our Labrador Buster has been going here for 9 years and the care is marvellous. He's just had a thorough and comprehensive health check and I have recommended them to two people looking for a new vet. Previously they sorted and then renewed his pet passport. (I have no other connection to them, just a highly satisfied customer)
