Could not recommend enough! Recently visited Dr Dimitrios and Dr Elena Cortese for my dogs travel documents which needed to be completed within one week. They both made the process very straight forward and simple and went above and beyond to get the documents complete in time. I can’t thank them both enough!

Firstly, We took out Vacs4Life when we got our pup, the practice has been taken over and they wouldn't honour the contract. Secondly, we were advised to get the dogs teeth cleaned, our dog came out in a terrible state, covered in her own poo (we hope it was her own) and in a distressed state. She was still under sedation too. We have since moved vets and the new vet has advised us that her teeth need doing again as they weren't done properly at this practice, it was a terrible experience with V4P and we are gutted after them having her in they failed to do it correctly. Glad we have left and she is now getting vetinary care that we can trust in.

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! Took my 8 month old Ragdoll kitten to be seen there. To be told by a certain vet he had Jaundice. They gave him 2 injections and some pain relief and antibiotics. And asked me to go back for blood work the following Monday. Told them i would discuss it with my Husband and get back to them. Financially we werent in a position to afford the tests but the persisted with phone calls, so i explained the situation and they said to get back to them when we had the money. In the meantime my cat’s health deteriorated rapidly and he became gravely ill. I called them crying and begging them to treat my ill kitten and that i eould pay the bill the following week and when i say begged i mean i begged i pleaded and told them my kitten was dying. For them to still tell me “ no sorry nothing we can do for u unless u have the money now”. This then resulted in my kitten going into full Liver Failure and i had to Euthanize him on the 08/12/2025 he was 8 months old. I strongly suggest not taking ur pet to this vets avoid them at all costs because it could cost you your pets life. It did mine

I had to say goodbye to someone special in my life today. Our Yorkie Bella was every pet owner's dream and my companion for the last 13 years. She arrived in time to play an enormous part in helping me out from under a severe depression and never allowed me to slip back under. Today is a crushing moment in my life and that of my family but the way that staff at Aintree Vets4Pets helped me navigate this was nothing short of amazing. I hope these words reach others who may be facing the same situation I have today, and allow themselves to put their trust in the team, both Vets and the Reception staff who each gave me what I needed, when I needed it most. My heartfelt thanks to you all.

The service and reception has been faultless and brilliant up till now. After several attempts to contact them for flea/worming tablets for our puppy, only to be told on the they were closed. I visited them on the off chance. One of the vets was sitting at reception explained that the phone system had gone down. So he gave me a Friday slot and said when you cone let the receptionist know that I will make the prescription while you wait so we don't have to return. Great. Today (Fri) we returned with the puppy to be weighed. When we arrived we were the only ones there. The girl sat in front of her computer. Despite us standing then sitting there and the puppy paws on desk trying to say hello, there was no acknowledgement. Eventualy she spoke, I explained that we needed to weight her first for her medicines. She stated they would not be ready till Monday. I tried to explain that I had been in and spoke to a Vet and he said let the receptionist know that he would make it while we wait, to save coming back again. She was not happy with this, a note of the pups weight she went off into the back room saying that that if the Vet was in surgery again it would take 2 days. About 4 mins later she returned with the box of meds, which was great. But her face was not happy and off the mark started stating that 'we' have done it this time for you but next time you need to do it right and it will take 2 days. I understand the system. I again explained that it was the Vet who offered this, as thought it was out of line to use this tone with a customer. This is not our standard procedure, you weight the dog and collect the prescription 2 days later. After saying that there is no need toget aggressive and I would advise that she should talk to the Vet about it. She snapped back, 'I have told him off for doing that, it is not our procedure, he had no right to say that. This has taken me away from my desk for 5 minutes!' I was disgusted by her attitude, I looked at her and pointed out that she was only a recreceptionist. Our 'appointment was for 11.00 we were out by 11.11. Happy we had our prescription, many thanks to the Vet.. However, the receptionist needs to go on a course in customer service. Previous ones have shown the usual happy to see the pets and say Hello to the animals to keep the whole experience friendly, not this one, didn't even interact with our Pup. To top it all, the next customer who sat down at the desk, who only caught the end of our interaction said 'Wasn't he snotty!'. Unknown to us the receptionist continued to slag us off store as we were leaving the store to this next customer. Send her on a course or keep her in the back until she gains people skills. She was a disgrace to vets4pets. So much so the missus was so disgusted she wanted to change to another vets4pets. Unfortunately this is our closest. With a bit of luck she will not be working there next time. Such a shame that someone like this could affect how you feel about what has been a fantastic service to our pet and us up till today.

Aintree Vet4Pets Practice is amazing. The staff are friendly and so helpful. We have been to them with both of our German Shepherd and the care and empathy has been second to none. We never have a problem getting appointments and we have been given appropriate and skilled care through from reception, nurses and Vet staff. I would highly recommend this Practice and cannot praise them high enough for what they do

Can’t thank the Team at Vets 4 Pets Aintree enough, My little puppy wasn’t feeling great and I was worried and they made an emergency space for me, kept me calm and bent over backwards to support not only my lil pup but me too! And now today he’s so much more himself and that’s down to them! Yoki, All The Fab Girls on Reception and the doctors in the back , they all genuinely love what they do and you can see that! Thank you so much, from me and Paddy x
