I had my first trip here after recently moving to the city. My cat had a minor injury and it was a sunday morning. I had already planned on joining the Pet Vet eventually but not straight away as cats were healthy and thought I'd leave it until their innoculations were due. Anyway - when I researched Vets near me that were open and found that the Pet Vet were not only open, but operating under normal business hours rather than emergency out of hours, that clinched it. Called up, made and appointment, and then nipped round the corner with my cat to have his injury tended to. Only had a minimal wait of 10 minutes or so, and the Vet was very helpful and comprehensive. He checked the cat over fully, not just the paw injury, and found had a little gum inflammation around a tooth. For a very reasonable price I was given painkillers for my cat's injury, a tooth and gum treatment, and the vet assessment - all first thing on a sunday morning. I was very pleased, and impressed. Highly recommend the clinic.

We can’t thank Johan enough for the care he’s given our dog today. From the very beginning, he put our minds completely at ease with his calm, compassionate approach and clear explanations. Johan took the time to really understand Dobby and her needs, and he suggested — and provided — the best possible treatment for her. Dobby is 12 and a half, and Johan’s focus has always been on giving her the best quality of life possible. It’s obvious how much he genuinely cares, and that means everything to us as owners. We’re so grateful for his kindness, expertise, and dedication. Highly recommend.

I've just attended this practice for the first time with my 3 year old German shepherd. She's not seen a vet in over a year after our last practice asked us to leave due to her reactivity. Attending the vets has always been a very unpleasant, intimidating, isolating experience for both of us but this was the complete opposite! Honestly I feel like I've walked out with a massive weight lifted. The staff and receptionist where very understanding and supportive of my girls reactivity, not in the least but judgy. We seen Phillip who I was assured was very confident and brilliant with big breeds & he really was! He was confident, calm and made a little fuss of her which filled both of us with confidence. He was able to treat her without it being a big deal. I filled up with tears due to the relief. I can't thank all of them enough for their calmness and understanding. They deserve a medal for the way they've left us feeling this morning as a thank you is just nowhere near enough. Unless you have a reactive dog you will never understand how lonely & isolated it feels but we didn't feel like that ay all during our visit. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH! Nikki & Tilly 🐾

Took my little sausage dog Pixie in yesterday as she wasn't well. We got an appointment and we were seen within a couple of hours of calling. We were seen by Rod and he was brilliant with my fur baby as she can be quite anxious at the vets. Treatment and advice was given and she seems so much better today. Brilliant service and can't thank them enough!

My experience every time I've needed to go or needed advice or help regarding my pup Charlie have been great, hassle free seen & dealt with perfectly. The staff are extremely friendly & deal with the pets fabulous to a excellent high standard. Always very helpful & lovely care towards my puppy. Interaction is great, to the point my puppy does excitable wee's when they interact with him. Very clean veterinary surgery. Happy I'm with them for my furbaby & his needs. 💯% Would recommend. 🐾

Johan is a brilliant vet. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after our girl Poppy. He eases our worries and we know he will answer our questions. Past vets we’ve seen haven’t been half as caring or attentive as Johan. We always leave appointments feeling looked after (both us and Poppy!) Thanks Johan!😁🐾🐶
