Staff are always friendly to us and our little boy Bartholomew. They have looked after him a few times now and always manage to get a appointment last minute too.

My cat's tooth was hurting, but she was still eating and being her normal self and they booked me quickly in for the morning. It ended up just being an easy pull as it was quite loose and not infected and just paid a standard appointment price. Very helpful and friendly staff!

I was very satisfied with the services, considering that I requested an emergency appointment and it was scheduled in record time. Also, the veterinary doctor demonstrated professionalism, and I appreciated that she offered us many treatment options.I’m so sorry that I didn’t remember the name of the veterinary doctor, probably because of my emotions. I only remember that she spoke Portuguese. I would like to thank her very much!🥰

I had pet rats, During covid time, I had to take one of my rats to this vet for breathing difficulties and I had to wait outside and watch through the window. I watched as the female vet and her assistant held my rat by the tail (which you're not supposed to so because it can damage their back) and hold up my pet rat to the receptionist in a way that made it difficult for my rat to breathe whilst he was already struggling to breathe! I was horrified. I couldn't wait to get my pet away from the place. I went to another vet and my little boy was treated much better. This place is a 'cat and dog' vet, can't be trusted with any animal that isn't just a cat or a dog. I wouldn't even trust this vet practice with my cat! Go elsewhere.

Constantly sign the praises of the staff at the Medivet Anfield. They are lovekt and always make a fuss of Toby despite him not returning the friendly welcome back!! Always easy to book an appointment and I feel every issue I have had I have trusted each individual vet because of the experience we receive. Thanks to you all!

We have come to this vets for years, they have always been amazing with our fur babies and looked after them so well. We had to have our oldest cat (23) put to sleep and they were brilliant. They were so kind, empathetic and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. I would firmly recommend this vets to anyone. The staff are friendly, kind, very professional, understanding and always having time (and treats) for your pets. Their prices are quite reasonable and they always let you know how much things might cost. Again we would throughly recommend this vets.

Review of my cat and blood taking with update several hours later. Really good service, however they then told me she needs boosters next week. Would have been better for all if could have been arranged together

The staff at the Anfield branch are great. Taking time to discuss issues and they do really care about your pets. Over the years I have taken my pets to a few vets, but none have been as considerate towards my pets state of mind than medivet. Recommended
