  I had an excellent experience at Medivet Aigburth for my dog Bentleys check-up this week, and I couldn't be happier with the care we received. From the moment I booked the appointment, the reception team was friendly and efficient even giving our boy a little treat on arrival and explaining all the necessary pre-visit information clearly. When we arrived, we were seen exactly on time – a huge relief when dealing with a nervous pet! Our amazing Vet Adriana was incredibly patient and thorough. Adriana took time to listen to all my concerns about Bentleys recent energy levels, performed a detailed examination, and explained everything in simple terms I could understand. What really stood out was that nothing is ever too much when it comes to Bentleys care – knowing Bentley is a little nervous around some people and places, the whole team took extra time to let him settle in, used calming techniques, and moved at a pace that kept him comfortable throughout the visit. The nursing staff were equally kind, handling Bentley gently and making him feel at ease every step of the way. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and has clear signage and comfortable waiting areas for both Cats and dogs. Payment was straightforward, with all costs explained upfront. I would highly recommend Medivet Aigburth to any pet owner looking for professional, compassionate veterinary care – especially those with anxious pets who need that extra level of attention.   Excellent service been taking Bindi for a few years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Staff are so helpful and friendly and Alex is an excellent Vet.

  We took our tabby cat Blue in after he got in a fight. It was easy to make an appointment. The vet who saw him, Adrianna, was exceptional. Blue was in pain and cross but she soothed him expertly and gave him a good check up and massage. She found his wounds and bruises but he only needed pain relief. She deserved five stars but Medivet is expensive. So four all-told.

  Just had my first visit as I've moved too far from my old vet. Everything about it went really smoothly, from making the appointment online to paying at the end. I wasn't kept waiting, the lovely vet, Adrianna, made a big fuss of my old cat and was really good at calming her while she had a routine check up and jab. Definitely recommend

  Absolutely brilliant practice all the staff are so caring and wonderful. I’ve only had the best experiences here with my little Hercules! They always went above and beyond for him would highly recommend this practice to anyone!
