I have been with Adams vets since I had my very first cat many years ago. They have supported me through hard times over the years. I’m currently with Wavertree branch but have been with Fazakerley in the past and they are both brilliant. We have just had the most amazing experience with Jennie the vet and her team. I was extremely anxious and worried about my cat and the care she received and the reassurance I received was unbelievable. Jennie went above and beyond to make sure my cat was ok and alleviated a lot of worry for me. Jennie is so understanding, knowledgable and compassionate. Even though I’m moving further away from the practice soon I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Jennie and your team.

Betty had her first vet visit this morning and I have never felt more at ease at a vet before today. As a first time cat owner I have a lot of anxiety around owning a cat and not having the experience of knowing what is healthy or not as I’ve always had dogs. The waiting room is clean and welcoming. Everybody I encountered was absolutely amazing and I left feeling like I chose the right place for my cat’s care. Thank you so much!

I’ve always used Adam’s vets for all my pets but my last few experiences were not the best. The staff are ok but I feel it’s become more about money than the care of your pet, it’s so expensive. When I had to get my cat euthanised they sent a sympathy card for the loss of my dog!! I’ve recently changed vets & when I took my dog for an appointment it’s on his record that he was euthanised last year!! Not acceptable & wouldn’t recommend

Adam’s Vets have cared for both my dogs for 5 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Appointments are easily booked and I can always get something to suit around work. They always try to make each visit a positive experience. Ralphie went in for a dental today and I can’t thank them enough! The receptionist came for a cuddle and chat while we waited to get him checked in which was exactly what I needed this morning. When I went in to pick him up I could tell how much the team care for the animals while they are in. The whole team offered advice and were all more than happy to help!

Hi I took my German shepherd in to Aintree today. Her name is Harley and has always been treated in Aintree and I must say she has been treated for 10 years and never a complaint. Today was by far the best. Thanks to the 2 nurses again thank you from me and Harley….

We’ve been with Adam’s vets for four years after taking on a senior rescue cat. We joined the pet health club to get the worming and flea treatments as well as nail clippings and health checks. We had great care right to the very end and the staff are so caring and amazing. We lost our cat last week and still grieving Adams sent us a beautiful card and note which we truly appreciated thanks Adam’s vets can’t thank you enough for all the care xx
