The practice is open seven days a week and offers extended hours to fit around busy schedules. The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 07:00 pm, Wednesday to Friday from 08:30 am to 09:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm. This means that clients can seek veterinary care when it suits them best.

The Pet Vet has a wide range of facilities to cater to their clients’ every need. For example, the practice has ample parking for clients in our client car park. Additionally, they are open on weekends, a crucial feature as many clients work throughout the week and find it difficult to schedule appointments during standard office hours.

The Pet Vet is committed to providing quality care, and all of their veterinarians and veterinary nurses hold relevant qualifications. They have a team of five veterinary surgeons, with Dr Niamh Lyons serving as the Director and Dr Niall Hughes as a consultant, both being respected veterinary graduates from well-known universities. In addition to the veterinary team, The Pet Vet also has a team of competent and passionate veterinary nurses that help in caring for the animals during their stay.

The Pet Vet offers a range of services from routine health check-ups to more complex diagnostic procedures. They conduct surgeries, dental cleanings, and other complex procedures to assist in the quick and safe recovery of the animals under their care. Furthermore, the practice provides vaccinations, medication supply, microchipping, and preventative health services to ensure that pets receive the best care possible under their roof.
