The staff were kind and helpful. Very pleasant to deal with. It would be 5 stars, but we have an issue regarding charges. I am sure it will all be sorted out. My cat had a broken leg. The surgeon has done a fantastic job. Thank you to everyone there.

Wonderful staff and their attitude towards their patients and owners. We much appreciated their policy of giving a price before treatment. After once having a bill of £3000 for our beloved dog who was PTS and never received any treatment from a Pets At Home Vet and their hugely expensive out of ours locums (£800 to stay overnight) we were very nervous of Vets! We sing the praises of Animal Trust to all our friends, relatives and acquaintances. What a refreshing change. Keep up the good work folks!

I would just like to say that I 100% recommend the service and care given to our dog, Sweep, during her time in your care. She first came to you for an overnight stay and then returned a few days later, and throughout both visits the genuine care and love from all the staff was truly wonderful. The phone calls, the regular updates, and the clear passion you all have for what you do really shone through. A special mention to Andrew, who remembered us from our first visit back in September (where he also went above and beyond). He made sure our two autistic children were reassured that Sweep was safe and being well looked after, which meant so much at what was already a very stressful and upsetting time for our family. Thankfully, she returned home tonight and was very happy to see us all. Thank you again to everyone at Animal Trust Barnsley — we are incredibly grateful.

Amazing vet service. Our cat Comet had a huge piece of rubber in his intestines and they managed to remove it and save his life with surgery. He’s come home super happy and healthy and is already back to normal. We couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you so much.

My dog Alfie recently saw Dr. Paulina, and she was absolutely brilliant with him. She kept him calm, quickly identified the issues he had, and treated him with amazing results. Just a week later, Alfie is like a different dog—happy, playful, and full of life again. Fantastic work from her, and a huge thank you from me. Overall I would recommend Animals trust Barnsley, helpful and friendly staff that actually care about animals.
