I have being taking my Pet Dog to The Animal Trust for a couple of years now and Highly Recommended them. Staff are Always Polite and Friendly. The Vets are very Professional and informative. A phone call was given after my Pet Gus had been in Surgery and the vet took his time to explain everything about the operation and put my mind at ease. Thank you to All the Staff at The Animal Trust for taking care of Gus

We took our gorgeous boy Stanley to the Animal Trust in Failsworth and although our hearts were and still are broken, the staff and vets were the nicest caring people you could ask for in such a situation. I would highly recommend anybody with a poorly pet to come here because they truly care about your beloved pet and are in no way all about money, unlike some places. Our baby boy cat Stanley, aged 12 years has terminal cancer. Another place that I won't mention were absolutely terrible and just wanted to put our boy to sleep, there and then despite Stanley still eating, drinking, using the bathroom, still sociable, still purring, still enjoying life and still being the joy he always has been. The Animal Trust were different. Even though they and us knew Stanley wasn't going to make it long term, they wanted to help Stanley feel as good as possible for as long as he's ok. They made sure we knew about his prognosis and how likely he'd respond to the medicine and what the medicine did. They explained what was going on inside and how the illness was affecting our boy. They did it with full compassion for both Stanley and us. You really couldn't ask for more. Some people see their jobs as just jobs, with their hearts not fully in it. Not here. It's the only way to be if you're dealing with beloved pets and people going through an extremely tough time. I thank god and them, they were here for Stanley when he needed real care.

Easy to book an appointment for our puppy’s first vaccination. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, the waiting room had water and food for both cats and dogs. We didn’t have to wait too long before we were called too. The VA and vet were friendly and professional and really put us and our Dackel at ease. Our pup did not feel her injection the vet was so gentle. A really good experience and we cannot thank the team at Failsworth enough.

We’ve been using Animal Trust in Failsworth (Manchester) for several years now, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, from the amazing reception team right through to all of the vets. Both of my dogs genuinely feel at ease visiting this practice. I would like to give a special thank you to Georgina. She is amazing with our dog Bear, who is very wary of new people. She always makes us feel at ease, explains everything clearly so we fully understand, and always goes out of her way to build a connection with him. It’s reassuring to know he is receiving the best possible care and building trust whilst attending the vets. I feel confident he is in safe hands.

It's the pet equivalent of a rammed, chaotic walk-in centre. I didn't even get past the 45 minute wait in reception. My cat was extremely distressed because of the 45 minute wait in a room full of barking dogs. Don't even bother making a complaint if you have a poor experience, because Samantha will just email you and gaslight you. I said the receptionist made me feel uncomfortable because she stared at me the entire time I was there, Samantha said "they are trained to keep an eye on the waiting area to ensure no client is left waiting..." LOL!! Well, I'd been waiting for 45 minutes, she could have spoken to me rather than staring for the entire time. I care about my cat, so I'll take her to an actual vet rather than whatever this mess is.

A no nonsense approach to dealing with your pet. Very easy to arrange repeat prescriptions, and the reception staff are lovely. Carparking can be tight, make sure you check your car in at reception on the counter computer.

Easy to find, inside is clean and well maintained. Staff on reception are polite. The vet and nurse who treated my cat were extremely polite and very knowledgeable, my cat is a bit skittish and they were great with him. Booked for his boosters in a few weeks would highly recommend. Prices are very fair too compared to other vets I've looked at.

My girl developed a bad skin condition and I was asked to monitor it and update with any changes good or bad, I did so and had an appointment scheduled for the Tuesday at this point. By Friday I was really concerned and rang animal trust at half 5. I was offered an appointment for first thing Saturday morning and I took my girl, Georgina took one look at her and said she's going down for surgery we need to get her sorted ASAP. She also sent samples of her skin off to a lab, took swabs and blood. I picked her up at 5pm, had 2 follow ups for her and she responded to surgery really well. I was updated on her diagnosis and luckily it's nothing that will spontaneously happen again, however if she does end up with anything suspicious again I know I can go straight back to the vets and I know she will be cared for properly. Georgina offered advice for her skin and recommended she takes a daily allergy tablet along with some wash for yeast overgrowth (popcorn feet) and a foam leave on freshener for her skin. We haven't used to wash yet as her stitches have only just healed, but the foam fresh is a big hit. From start to finish Georgina and the team were fantastic with her and reassured me they were doing everything they could to get her on the mend and back to her usual self. Since having her surgery she has been so full of life and happiness and jumping around like a puppy again (she's 8 in a couple of weeks). I wouldn't want anyone else to provide her care. Thank you for everything you did and more. We all appreciate the hard work you all put in daily.
