It's the pet equivalent of a rammed, chaotic walk-in centre. I didn't even get past the 45 minute wait in reception. My cat was extremely distressed because of the 45 minute wait in a room full of barking dogs. Don't even bother making a complaint if you have a poor experience, because Samantha will just email you and gaslight you. I said the receptionist made me feel uncomfortable because she stared at me the entire time I was there, Samantha said "they are trained to keep an eye on the waiting area to ensure no client is left waiting..." LOL!! Well, I'd been waiting for 45 minutes, she could have spoken to me rather than staring for the entire time. I care about my cat, so I'll take her to an actual vet rather than whatever this mess is.

A no nonsense approach to dealing with your pet. Very easy to arrange repeat prescriptions, and the reception staff are lovely. Carparking can be tight, make sure you check your car in at reception on the counter computer.

Easy to find, inside is clean and well maintained. Staff on reception are polite. The vet and nurse who treated my cat were extremely polite and very knowledgeable, my cat is a bit skittish and they were great with him. Booked for his boosters in a few weeks would highly recommend. Prices are very fair too compared to other vets I've looked at.

My girl developed a bad skin condition and I was asked to monitor it and update with any changes good or bad, I did so and had an appointment scheduled for the Tuesday at this point. By Friday I was really concerned and rang animal trust at half 5. I was offered an appointment for first thing Saturday morning and I took my girl, Georgina took one look at her and said she's going down for surgery we need to get her sorted ASAP. She also sent samples of her skin off to a lab, took swabs and blood. I picked her up at 5pm, had 2 follow ups for her and she responded to surgery really well. I was updated on her diagnosis and luckily it's nothing that will spontaneously happen again, however if she does end up with anything suspicious again I know I can go straight back to the vets and I know she will be cared for properly. Georgina offered advice for her skin and recommended she takes a daily allergy tablet along with some wash for yeast overgrowth (popcorn feet) and a foam leave on freshener for her skin. We haven't used to wash yet as her stitches have only just healed, but the foam fresh is a big hit. From start to finish Georgina and the team were fantastic with her and reassured me they were doing everything they could to get her on the mend and back to her usual self. Since having her surgery she has been so full of life and happiness and jumping around like a puppy again (she's 8 in a couple of weeks). I wouldn't want anyone else to provide her care. Thank you for everything you did and more. We all appreciate the hard work you all put in daily.
