The young lady who examined my dog Archie, has got an amazing future ahead of her. She ticks all the boxes for her role at this veterinary practise. She was knowledgeable, caring, concerned, approachable and professional with a kind and friendly demeanor. The receptionists were also very friendly at this practice. Although I had a long wait, it was certainly worth the wait. Archie slept so well last night which meant that I did too. Thank you to you all at Animal Trust, Blackburn x

Made appt on line on a busy Monday morning - managed to see a vet same morning for a very sick doggie. Vet very professional and thorough explaining everything following examination. Medication cost £2.00! Very happy with service and cost! Other vet practices would have charged £50 to walk through the door. Thank you Animal Trust!

I find these vets so friendly both staff and vets. I have most recently had to take my dog for her booster and they were just great. A year ago had had a very poorly dog who was coming to an end and I can’t thank the staff and vets at Manxman vet’s enough for the patience and kindness they gave me during this difficult time and the facility of being able to sit in a comfortable little room with chairs and a dog bed that allows you time to grieve your pet as they are passing is a godsend

Really can't speak highly enough of the whole process. My dog injured his leg and we were registered with Vets for Pets. An xray revealed he had a cranial crucial rupture and it would cost £3500-4000. I was recommended Animal trust in Blackburn by a friend so enquired online regarding a price for the operation. I was told it would be £1018-£2018 and Vets for pets would need to transfer all information across. This was on a Wednesday. On the Thursday, i chatted again online and booked an appointment for him to be assessed for the following Tuesday. The vet, Louie, was so friendly and informative attentive to my dog and really understanding. He squeezed him in the day after for the operation. The ladies on reception were fabulous and really welcoming and i can't thank them enough. The compassion shown to both humans and pets is just the best. They really do care. Highly recommend.

Amazing vets, I use for my 5 dogs. No appointment fee just pay for treatment and always fair prices. Very caring and efficient. One of my dogs needed emergency care on a weekend and had 4 treatments to help him and the appointment and meds were under £200 which meant he was comfortable and I wasnt worrying about costs. I always recommend Animal trust. So happy i've found a vets that isnt driven by profit.

We have had to take my precious pippin for crucial ligament surgery at ATV-Blackburn and as upsetting as the surgery is for your pet it's scary for us hoooomans as well. I can honestly say as stressed as I was the team at ATV-Blackburn were great with both the westiepoo, Pippin, and his mum and dad. I'm also very aware I have 24hr phone access to staff members at Bolton if I'm worried about anything. I'd like to thank all the team as I am very aware of how hard & long they work. Have a very merry Christmas all 🌲

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. My kitten Luna was booked for her spay surgery at 8am. As instructed by the clinic, we stopped feeding her from 9pm the night before. I also had to close my business for the day and my pregnant wife took time off work so we could bring Luna to the appointment. We arrived outside the clinic just before 8am, and while we were literally standing outside the door we received a phone call telling us the surgery had been cancelled with no explanation given. Cancelling an appointment when the client is already outside the clinic is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for people’s time and circumstances. This could easily have been communicated earlier instead of letting us fast our kitten unnecessarily and organise our entire day around the appointment. To make matters worse, Luna is about to go into her second heat cycle, which we had specifically booked this appointment to avoid. We then went in to get a refund for the appointment and were told 2 nurses were off sick, but plenty of other cats were still getting their treatment? While I understand that staff sickness can happen, the way this situation was handled was extremely poor and inconsiderate. There appeared to be other animals still being seen while our surgery was simply cancelled at the last moment. Overall this was a very frustrating experience and has left me with very little confidence in this practice’s organisation or respect for its clients.
