Excellent care at town and country Blackburn, the staff are all caring and compassionate, After my cat Winston had an accident they saw him straight away, they thoroughly checked him over and reassured me the whole time. Luckily he had a knock and nothing more serious. The receptionist Leila is always bright, happy and welcoming whenever we attended and all our appointments are promptly made before we even leave no waiting around. Love the appointment reminders I get to my mobile as I'm very forgetful. Overall fantastic team 😊

Have been going to this practice with our two terriers for approx 7 years now. You always get a warm welcome, the staff are friendly and the dogs are not stressed when they visit. Great experience all round.

I've visited this sight multiple times this year for work and always a pleasure.. The staff here are great Emma and Leila looked after me again during my visit today.. putting up the Christmas Decs between customers but still had time for a photo with a couple of regulars to put on the tree.. Great customer service from the team here at Town and Country Vets... 🐾🐕🐰🐶🐇 (D)

Professional and friendly service. The cat suffered greatly, its limbs were paralyzed and it could not walk. He was thoroughly examined for fractures, given an injection and medication, and felt much better the next day. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

Excellent care, as always! Friendly staff, clean and tidy facilities, and everything is explained along the way. Pippa loves visiting and getting lots of fusses.

Excellent practice! Where not only the physical needs of our pets are looked after, but also the emotional state! My 10 year old GSD does not like people “prodding him” and he does grumble his dislike. But all the staff respect that it’s because he’s unsure etc and they do not push him into what he doesn’t need. We recently lost our 9 year old GSD and the practice couldn’t have been nicer! So to summarise, not only do the staff look after all animals, physical and emotional needs, they are also excellent with the owners anxiety over our furbies! I would not go to any other practice with my Zach. Picture attached of Zach and his little brother Zeb who passed last month

Receptionist lovely and welcoming. Im concerned that the vet said my cat must have urinated on the way to the vet as her bladder was empty. When I got home and checked the carrier it was bone dry. Why did the vet not check the carrier!!

The worst country vet I have ever seen, rude , insulting, disrespectful , lier. Dropping phone on costumers. The rudest reception ever My cat was supposed to have surgery with them I already paid, but thy didn’t do it properly. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Please keep your vet safe from them!
