Lovely, caring and helpful vets! We have been registered with them since we got our cat George, and recently registered our new kitten, Honey with them. Unfortunately Honey got spayed at another vets since she was a rescue and we didn’t have the best experience, I took her to Walton VetsforPets 3 days after her op as she was still in pain and we had practically no aftercare from the other vets, who also weren’t open on weekends with no emergency / help line. They were fantastic! The vet gave her wound a full check, more pain meds and told me about VidiVet, their out of hours service, if I had any concerns while they were closed. I couldn’t fault all the lovely staff who put my mind at rest after a stressful 48 hours. They’ve always looked after our two cats and go above and beyond for pets and their owners. Thanks so much guys!!!

Took my kitten for her first check up and had multiple issues since, I signed up to the complete care plan and it was cancelled, and a £60 charge added onto account only issue is I didn’t cancel it, they gave me a number to call and they confirmed there was a IT issue on my account and sent a email, I spoke to reception asked for a email back when the lady who dealt with the account was in. No email or call, so again I had to call chasing this to be told there was still a charge I had then informed them, I had spoken previously to the receptionist who confirmed they received a email confirming there was a tech issue with my account, and she confirmed she now seen the email and would remove the fee for now and if I have any issues to ask for her…. So all sorted no problems. Cut to today I’ve had a text saying my next appointment is on a time I did not book, as I’d made a note in my calendar at the time, so again I’m having to chase them to change something that hasn’t been actioned correctly. The vet i saw was great but I’m honestly thinking of changing vets if I continue to have issues that are on there admin side as it’s stressful and I’m busy and having to call them repeatedly to sort issues on there side out.

Been a couple of times with new puppy past 4 mths. Only confusion was last appt as husband took him & was different vet who thought he needed an upto date vaccine & it wasn't it was Rabies as we had requested with a certification as passport system withdrawn. Spoke to nurse following husband's visit & number he was given for certification was incorrect. Spoke to very considerate male nurse for over 45 mins discussing my issues & concerns very knowledgeable & nothing was to much to check things or advise me to put my mind at rest. Great service I'll continue with the Puppy Plan.

Our dog Luna recently had her spay surgery at Vets for Pets, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she received. The whole team was amazing — kind, professional, and genuinely caring. A special shout-out to nurse Marie, who went above and beyond to make sure Luna was comfortable and well looked after. You can really tell she loves what she does. If the management is reading this — maybe think about giving Marie a raise 😉 She truly deserves it! Thank you all again for taking such great care of our beloved Luna. 🐾
