Their first veterinary surgeon, Dr Philip Lauder, is a Principal BVSc BSc CertAVP MRCVS who is an expert in his field. Alongside him, the other veterinary surgeon team members, including Dr Rachel Banks, Dr Alice Butterworth, Mrs Navdeep Chater and Dr Sara Creech, have the know-how to handle all kinds of medical issues faced by pet owners and their pets alike.

Their team also includes skilled, dedicated, and compassionate veterinary nurses, including Mrs Kirsty Balch, Mrs Jennifer Cartwright, Mrs Fiona Parker, Miss Kathryn Rice and Mrs Debra Draco. The veterinary nurse team is under the leadership of the Head Nurse, who runs the team with empathy and expertise. Every member of the team works together, ensuring that the clients receive unmatched dedication and commitment.
