So lovely to return to Noah’s Ark vets, this time with our new puppy. What a lovely welcome as always. Vets who truly care about the animals and their humans. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely recommend.

I don't know where to start to thank the amazing team at Noah's Arc! Firstly the warmth and genuine care from the two ladies on reception when I came in with my chihauha. They could see how distressed I was and they put me at ease. We'd been told the day before by emergency vet that her eye had to be removed so I was in a state of despair. The way they spoke to me, I immediately felt calmer. Within 5 minutes Alex called me in, no delays on both visits. Alex is the kindest but most professional and capable Vet. Bonni was comfortable with him because he took time to be gentle and caring with her. He is clearly an expert in Opthamology. He spent time explaining to me, even showing me visual diagrams to provide detailed information and positive reassurance, whilst still being open about potential worries that we should look out for. He was able to treat her and save her eye. By the next visit a week later she was pretty much healed up. She wasn't afraid of him because of his way with her so he could easily, thoroughly clean her eye up. The information he gave made me know we were in such safe hands. A true expert at what he does! It's clear that Alex loves his job and really loves animals. We are so grateful and can't recommend this entire practice more highly. We are relieved that we didn't proceed with removal of her eye the day before and feel lucky to have our dogs cared for by the very best Vet practice there is.

Could not recommend this practice any more highly. First veterinarians I’ve come across that put the animals ahead of making money. They have taken such good care of my dog, even when she hasn’t always understood it’s for her benefit! They understand her and not everyone does, so that means the world to me. Melissa, Alex and the whole team are just amazing. I wish I had the words to convey the comfort they have given me over the years. My dog has had to have major surgeries and therefore we have both been through a lot. The team look after the owners too! The biggest compliment I can pay them is that my dog trusts them, and she is very selective about who she trusts. I can’t put it any more simply than that, I am so grateful to each and every one of them.

Really disappointed with this practice. We have had our 2 dogs registered with them & never had a problem up until today. I rang up and asked for my dogs notes to be sent over to a different practice ( not local) as I have been recommended them by my dogs breeder for a spay operation. I explained that it was only for her spay & as it is not local I would still like to be registered and all other care to still be with Noah’s Ark. I got told by the receptionist that if I take my dog elsewhere for her spay she will not be able to be registered at Noah’s Ark & she will never be able to re register again ( ever!!) yes- ever again!! Basically black listing us from the practice- even in years to come she will be refused- unbelievable! I have rang around multiple vets in Liverpool today who have never heard of this policy at all and we’re all very shocked! They have all stated they have done operations for peoples pets who have been registered in another vet practice which is no problem at all. I got told why would they have my dog registered with them when I’m paying for a service they offer elsewhere. I am a paying customer, it is common knowledge that you can be registered with more than one vet. To me it was, if you’re not willing to spend your money with us we will not have you back again attitude… not good!!! I pay for all vet visits as does everyone else & it is not cheap, I shouldn’t be penalised for wanting to go ahead with a recommendation for my own dogs care & be refused to ever be registered here again! Very very poor and I think you need to re look at your ‘policy’

Absolutely brilliant vet centre, excellent staff with an easy booking process. The staff were friendly and the treatment prescribed worked first time, to great efficacy. If anything, we're annoyed we didn't register at this vets sooner.

Noah’s Ark vets are incredible at what they do. We’ve been for many regular check ups, yearly vaccinations and even the odd emergency situation…. All of which they’ve been so caring, kind and efficient when dealing with our little pup Milo. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else to keep our pug happy and healthy! The entire team are a credit to Noah’s Ark Vets. Thanks for everything!

We cannot praise Noah’s Ark vets highly enough, the genuine love, care and attention shown to us and our little dog Bailey throughout our time visiting the team was above and beyond. A team of true animal lovers who made even the most difficult time as gentle and dignified as possible. We cannot thank the whole team enough and would not hesitate to recommend to everyone. Special mention to Melissa who is an angel to all owners and pets she meets. Steve, Pauline & family x

You can tell as soon as you walk through the doors of this practice; that it isnt just a business; its a family. The staff are so welcoming and its immediately apparant that they are all completely invested and committed to the welfare of the animal and not the pound signs. They know the dogs and owners by name and the interactions are authentic and genuine. The fact that the staff all bring their pets to work is just so special and indicative of their ethics and values. They are all clearly happy in their work and it makes such a difference to have such a scary, traumatic and frightening experience made a little bit easier by such joyous and sincere people. Can i just mention Dr Alex who within the space of a few hours..had done a full consultation and explained everything; performed life saving surgery on my dog and when i went to pick her up, was hoovering, mopping and zofloring the surgery to death..thats what i call a hero. I cannot speak highly enough of this godlike ark.. where the animals dont go in 2 by 2..they bound in; as they know they are absolutely in the kindest and friendliest of hands. Thankyou so much. Recently registering my two golden retrievers at this vet was the best decision I’ve ever made! From the moment I walked in for my first consultation I knew I’d found “the one”. I’ve had various experiences with vets both positive and negative and changed vets a couple of times, but this was different. I have had both of my boys in to be seen the last month or so and they have just been outstanding in every way possible. Alex the vet has seen both of my boys Oakley and Otis and you can just see how much love he has for his job, really thorough with his consultations, very informative, and most importantly has such a lovely, kind, and caring approach with the dogs. The treatment both boys received was really thorough and I can’t fault the aftercare from the veterinary nurses too with Oakley’s wound. Thank you all! Melissa is just so lovely, whenever we walk in for our consultations we are made to feel so at home and so welcome, and Gail is amazing too! Thank you all for your care of my two boys, and putting up with their hair, slobber, zoomies and big loud barks!! From Jade, Oakley, and Otis x
