My cat brought in a blackbird, i managed to get it off him but the poor thing was injured. I called Vets4Pets and they didn't hesitate, told me to bring him in and they'd look after him. I arrived and handed him over in a cornflake box! They were lovely. Such a compassionate group of people. When one of my cats was killed by a car, she was brought here for me to come and collect. They had her in a room in a box for me to see and to take home to bury. They were exceptional, they allowed me time to see her and didn't charge me for the box or blanket she was wrapped in. Couldn't fault them for their care and love of animals

I cannot recommend this practice enough. After a horrendous experience at my previous vets, I moved my Rottweiler here two years ago and it was the best decision I could have made. From day 1 they have been amazing. They’ve helped with his numerous health issues flawlessly including 2 TPLO surgeries and go above and beyond in accommodating his reactivity to ensure he’s relaxed during his visit. He actually loves going to visit them!!! From the reception desk team to the vets, everyone is so lovely and happy to help in anyway they can. 💕

Sorry to say I won’t be back after a bad experience here. Firstly the front of house staff are genuinely lovely but the Vet seemed disinterested, aloof and very unsure on things . I’ve recently rescued a puppy, vet was unsure on her breed, she did a thorough examination so it seemed but had I not said “ok is she healthy and well” she wouldn’t have told me anything I don’t think! She administered her jab and when it came to the microchip the big needle she actually said and I quote “I’ll take her in the back so someone can pin her down” WHAT !! What responsible dog owner wants to hear that I heard her yelping she came back with visible blood on her coat and traumatised . I’ve never known a dog to bleed on chopping, apparantly it can happen . I’m sorry to use the term “Vet” but she didn’t even bother to introduce herself after I introduced us both just said “hi” I felt like she was newly qualified apparantly she’s not even more worryingly! I told her so much about the dogs story and I didn’t get anything back I was hoping to get an estimate of the dogs age which vets can do I believe from teeth , which were checked but didn’t even get this from her . Such a shame as it’s a nice set up and lovely staff on the desk, but a vet that seemed completely disinterested in animals ??…not somewhere I’ll be going back to!

This practice dealt with my dog Gracie who unfortunately because very unwell whilst we were on holiday last week. Not only did they have to deal with her carer they kept in touch with us abroad and dealt very professionally with the situation. Undoubtedly they saved her life, along with the prompt actions of her carer. Since we returned home they have dealt with our concerns quickly and seen her again as we were worried. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts that we have our lovely girl💕

Friendly and decent vets. Although they do not always give up front price which really should be a must even if its a range. Time management is poor considering they can cancel appointment if you are late. But they are often late. Probably still best in area, hopefully they will read feedback and improve.

The staff and overall environment was great. I brought my cat in for a planned spay, however it was found she was pregnant. I was called immediately and informed of my choices. I was informed of the risks of continuing with the spay and reassured when I made this decision. The vet was very empathetic and understanding and despite being short for time allowed me to discuss and make the right choice for our family. I'm happy with the care we received from the team.
