The Medical Service Detection Dogs absolutely love visiting Jollyes in Southport. The staff there are always astonishingly kind and friendly. Visiting this store is the highlight of the day for Fluffy, Princess, Panda and Bear.

Very happy with my shopping experience—the store has a great selection and reasonable prices. But most importantly, the customer service was excellent! Shannon was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help me find the right muzzle for my anxious dog. Her patience and genuine love for animals truly stood out. Thank you!

Ace pet shop! Lots better value than similar retail park pet shops. Bargains to be had , reasonable prices. I popped in passing as I don't have one near me. Will definitely be returning in the future

The store was very presentable on my visit today. It was clear that the floors had only recently been cleaned, and shelves were appropriately stocked. Wouldn't normally shop here as I don't find the prices to be very competitive. Normally, a rather bland experience, however, the young lady on the till was polite and welcoming.

Nice clean shop. Assistants are pleasant and helpful. Nice 15% off dog food for members...raw food, JWB, treats and a new slip lead for my lad Dexter..went with fiend who also bought her dog food and treats for her lad..Buddy... everyone 😊😊
