I moved here a few weeks ago, both visits were great very friendly and the vet is really good at listening and explaining especially when I was concerned over a injection, really reassured me, even great with my dog who's reactive to other dogs. Bonus very close to canal to can add a nice walk to parbold after visit to 😀

After being with a very well known vets for over 20 years but no longer being happy, Sunrise were recommended by a lot of people. I can see why. Shams is an INCREDIBLE vet. He has just performed a very delicate eye surgery on my cat, as her eyelashes were turning inwards, and I can hardly see the incisions, I'm blown away by how neat it is. My girl was on a heated pad when I went to see her, with a little fleece blanket, and Jade the receptionist is beyond helpful too. They clearly care about their clients more than the money. The prices are also much cheaper than expected too, even though my pets are insured. All my family have their pets registered too. I can't thank them enough 💖

It was my first visit to Sunrise vets and I am so glad I moved to this vet. Dr Shams was extremely thorough, reassuring, knowledgeable, professional and informative. He put me at ease and was very kind and gentle with my cat and has helped Simba on the road to recovery. He thoroughly explained everything on the blood tests to me and about his treatment. It was a very positive experience because unlike other vets he did not rush the appointment or try to upsell. Jade was also very welcoming, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this vet's practice.

First visit to Sunrise to get my son's dog Blue examined by the vet as she had a couple of problems. The vet was very thorough and caring. He prescribed a couple of drugs and told me to bring Blue back if she had any problems at all. The cost of the appointment and the drugs was much less than expected. Our own dog Buddy is currently cared for by one of the big veterinary businesses but as soon as my current annual contract runs out I will swop to Sunrise. All the staff I met at Sunrise were very friendly - thanks to all. 👍

Sunrise Vets, Parbold. Genuine. Compassionate. Knowledgable. Welcoming. Accommodating. Responsive. Uplifting. Gentle. Dedicated. Professional. Considered. Perseverant. Reassuring. Safe. Worthwhile. Valuable. This is what comes to mind after our 3 years of being supported, enabled, empowered, and cared for by Shams, Sarah, Jade, Chloe, and co. Our Bruno was always given the highest quality of care, and the team always went as far as needed (and beyond!) to help us. We were even happy and willing to do a 1.5 hour round trip to stay with them when we moved house! We have since taken their sage advice to join a recommended surgery near to our new home - but we know we always have a home with them, and should we ever be in need, we have complete faith in their capacity and willing to offer their nurturing, helping hands. The team at Sunrise vets are a dedicated, caring, professional, wonderful bunch of people. Our senior dog Bruno has been with the Sunrise family for 3 years and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Their communication is thoughtful, efficient, and timely. They always find the time to answer our queries (which as first time dog owners is really helpful!) and genuinely care. They work so hard and we hope Shams, Sarah, Jade, Chloe and the team find time to nurture themselves as they nurture our animals so well. Thank you from Sarah, Phil and of course Bruno

We were visiting friends in the area when my dog, Dobby wasn’t well, it was saturday morning and i didn’t want to wait til Monday. They fitted him in immediately. The vet, Dr Shams, was superb, gentle, thorough, professional - brilliant with the dog and with me! The receptionist was super friendly and reassuring too. We were very impressed with the whole practice and would highly recommend it. Thank you Sunrise.
