Jollyes Community Pet Clinic - Chippenham

Popped in with my dogs the other day as it was Lovely Leon’s birthday so I wanted to get him a few gifts! We were made very welcome by two of the lovely staff members, both dogs had a treat and Leon had a special birthday photo shoot! Thanks very much Jollyes!

They do greet people as they enter and usually offer to help. Massive efforts usually made so it’s only right to acknowledge. I tend to go out of my way to visit this pet store now as service is much better. Keep it up!

The most reliable pet shop there is but is a little expensive though but has everything you need for a pet

Absolutely amazing place as long as you buy in store, the staff are amazing. My only gripe, DO NOT BUY ONLINE TO COLLECT AT STORE!!! I did this once, never again. I received an email same day saying the item was not in stock and that I would be refunded. 2wks later, no refund, emailed to enquire when I could expect the refund. Received a reply saying they would chase it. Waited for a reply...nothing, so I called the store. Was told again they would chase it and get back to me. Waited another day, no contact again, so emailed again. Received a short rude email explaining that the refund had been issued and they had included an attachment showing the refund as well as the email chain with customer services. Was told to contact customer service in future. The said 'attachment ' was a photo of a computer screen of the order with refund typed next to it ( no info of where it was refunded to which was highly suspicious) so I contacted customer services. They informed me that no refund had been issued and that the store had just added that to the order on the computer screen. They explained that this is not the 1st time and that they are supposed to call them to issue the refund as it was an online order.... so BEWARE! VERY ILLEGAL But in store I cannot fault them, they just need proper training on online orders. I will only shop in store from now on, which is a shame

The prices were wrong and products in the ‘wrong place’ down the dog bedding aisle. We compared product tags to shelf labels before walking to the till and a £25 large bed allegedly turned out to be £35 and a £1.50 blanket was £4. The woman with glasses at the til had zero interest in the problem, offered no apology for the error or cared that someone with as little interest as her had stocked the shelves with their eyes shut.
