They are so caring and professional. Me and my husband had a sad outcome for one of our pets last week and they were nothing but kind and understanding towards us. We are so grateful to them. We would just like to say thank you to the vet and the staff who were there that evening. You were all so kind and caring.

The Vets, nurses and the receptionist, are amazing. They are kind, patient, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. My pet was treated gently, and I felt reassured the whole visit. You can tell they genuinely care about animals. I would recommend to all my friends.

Garden vets are always welcoming and try to fit you in for a appointment to suit you and even at last minute. The reception staff are all very professional, helpful and above all friendly. I have seen many of the vets and they have all been very caring and helpful in every occasion. Nothing is too much trouble. When they are up against a problem they need more advice about they seek specialist help to ensure your pet gets the best treatment. Highly recommend this practice.
