Do not go here if you want professional help from the vet alexandra, all other staff over 6 years have been amazing but this one vets is so unprofessional and has absolutely vile customer service over questioning something so simple, she will then say you shouted at her and make up lies to cover her own back, when asked for camera footage to prove otherwise she will say there are no cameras when there definitely is. Disgusting service and i will be going to vetd that actually care about their customers and pets.

We cannot thank the team at Vets for Pets Chippenham enough, they have been absolutely incredible. When our cat became suddenly ill, they got us an urgent appointment and rushed him to the specialist hospital within hours. The compassion they showed us during this stressful time was needed and appreciated. While we are heartbroken by our loss, we were so touched by the heartfelt card of condolences they sent. Their empathy and kindness truly made a difference. We are so grateful for their care and have complete faith that our other cat is in the best hands possible. A truly exceptional practice.

Vets4Pets Chippenham are absolutely amazing. They really take good care of my cat and we always leave happy. My cat settles really well with the vets there, they are so patient and gentle with her. They are very good at keeping you informed of everything and always there for you if you need to ask them.
