Excellent people with lots of knowledge and a very kind attitude towards pets and owners. My experience with my old cat Inky and Larkmead has been great. It has a very nice atmosphere and staff on all levels are very welcoming, friendly and explain a lot. I feel that my Inky is in excellent hands with all of you and this feeling is so important. Thank you for helping me to give Inky the best life in her old age. Kind regards, Christine

Always helpful and respectful of me and the dogs. I like vets you can have a discussion with, who listen to your opinion and experience. I've not been disappointed with any of the vets I've seen here.

I love Larkmead, they've looked after my dog so well that Even though I leave 25 minutes away I still travel back to have him seen there. Professional, friendly and always able to see us when we have an emergency.

Fantastically friendly and helpful team. Helped talk through a new (first) kitten and set-up the useful pet plan subscription like a breeze. Great access and location, with clean facilities and clear COVID precautions.

Staff are very friendly, sympathetic and helpful. I bring all of my pets here and the care has always been excellent. Disabled access is possible but tricky in a wheelchair due to the steep ramp up to the door (this is at the Park Road site). However the receptionists are always very helpful and have helped me up/down the ramp as needed.
