She is joined by a team of vets including Dr. Chloe Armstrong, Dr. Melanie Farmer, Dr. Annika Hall, and Dr. Danielle McNeil. Together, they have extensive experience in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of all kinds of pets.

The team also includes veterinary nurses headed by Mrs. Jessica Gardner, the Head Nurse, who has a qualification of RVN. Other members of the nursing team include Miss Teale Ashton, Miss Jessica Barnes, Miss Amberly Castle, and Miss Grace McKibbin. They also have advanced practitioners on board to handle more complex cases.
