Today we had to say goodbye to our cat, Teddy. He was an old boy and had a long, happy life, but it was still a very hard day for us. The nurse, Nikki, was absolutely brilliant with Teddy—so kind, calm, and compassionate throughout the entire process. Her care and empathy meant more to us than we can properly express. Thank you for being such a lovely human on one of our hardest days. You are truly blessed to have staff like this.

They managed to fit us in straight away with an appointment just half an hour after calling just two days before Christmas for our unwell rabbit :) Clarice was great, so friendly and kind! Thank you very much 😊

We recently registered both our cats at the Boundary and they have been absolutely wonderful! From initial appointments, to having our kitten spayed and chipped. So friendly, caring and professional. The waiting area is always clean and warm and the receptionist is very welcoming. The vets are professional and friendly. They took such good care of our girl during her operation and were very flexible about collection times. I also love that the front door is automatic so you don't have to struggle when carrying your per carrier in. Brilliant experience so far!

Me and my wife have been coming to boundary vets for 9 months now, our vet Clarice is just simply the best! Always patient, kind and understanding, her advice always helps and is spot on. Socks and Marmalade love coming here. We’ve never had an experience! The girls on reception are always happy to help and always take the time to explain anything that needs it! We and most importantly our pets are very happy here and highly recommended Boundary!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've seen Anna and Luis a few times now and can happily say after many years, I've finally found a good veterinary practice! Unlike many others, they really do care about the animals, spending time to get to know them and making sure us pawrents are given all the options to make well-informed decisions. I would highly recommend Boundary Vets, and a big shout out to Luis and Anna for their tremendous attention to detail and caring for their patients like they're their own. - Jenny, Astro and Waffle
