We took our girl frenchie in for a routine op to be neutered ,when we went to collect her they had trouble bringing her round it took 50 minutes and 2 lots of wake up medication before we got her into the car .We got home and on the second night she died in her sleep , she was perfectly healthy and full of life beforehand and we 100% blame this vets for killing our beautiful little lady .They clearly give her too much anesthetic that she never managed to recover from .So if you're reading this please don't use this vets to get your dog neutered I wouldn't want you to go through the pain we have .

We have been at this vets over 15 years and was very happy with the vet we used he looked after our 2 dogs and 1 we lost. This is no reflection on him at all. We were treated I can only say very shockingly after daring to query the charges of medication which was way more than we had been quoted. We decided to reduce the amount of medication which was done and after checking the amount we saw that we were being overcharged so again questioned the amount , oh my goodness we were treated like criminals. A short time later we were offered the amount that they overcharged us but as a gesture of goodwill 🤔still haven’t received it though , probably because we have left the practice. Mr & Mrs Wright

My Misty cat went over the rainbow bridge today. Isabella was so amazing. I felt I had a family member with me. She was so empathetic and sympathetic. Cannot thank her enough.

We've used these vets for years for our two dogs. Staff are fantastic, vets themselves are competent and caring as are the reception staff. My criticism is of whoever sets the prices for their medicines. After a blood test on our dog, we were recommended and sold some liver supplement tablets for £120. Wanting the best for our dog we paid it without fuss, believing that this must be a reasonable cost. We later found the same tablets on sale at Pets at Home for just over a third of that price, £46. As unfortunately our last dog has now just crossed the Rainbow bridge and these supplements were one of our last interactions with the vets, we've been left with a sour taste in our mouths and will probably be looking elsewhere for vets for our future pets.
