I highly recommend London Road Vet Clinic in Lowestoft and Dr Victor. He is a true professional with a kind heart and real love for animals. I especially value their honesty—they are fair with prices and never profit from unnecessary treatments, unlike other clinics I’ve experienced. I trust my Labrador Lucy is always in good hands.

I can’t thank Victor and his Team enough for the compassion and professionalism they showed during one of the hardest days of our lives. Saying goodbye to our beloved cat Hatty was incredibly painful, but Victor & the team made the experience as gentle and dignified as possible—for both of us. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, patient, and deeply empathetic. They gave us space when we needed it, answered every question with care, and treated my cat with the utmost respect and tenderness. It was clear they genuinely cared—not just about animals, but about the people who love them. What made this experience even more meaningful was knowing that our Labrador Lucy, who passed away some time ago, received the same high standard of care and affection throughout her life. When it came time to put Lucy to rest, the team handled everything with such grace and empathy that it stayed with us long after. It’s rare to find a veterinary practice that combines medical expertise with such heartfelt dedication. We’re deeply grateful—and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants their pets treated with both skill and soul. I’m so grateful for the support they provided. In a moment filled with grief, they offered comfort, clarity, and kindness. Went for the first time with one of my dogs and I must say I was very impressed. Just a small private vet practice very friendly I turned up 30 minutes early whilst Victor was on his lunch but he still came out and saw me. I was really pleasantly surprised at the cost as it was half what I had budgeted for.

Excellent service, great, friendly and approachable staff, ready to answer any concerns. We had to have my partners cat put to sleep on Tuesday and the vet was fantastic, very attractive and informative, explaining the procedure and what he suspected the issue was. He was a very old cat 18+ years old and he had a great life, but was suffering so much the last day. I'd like to thank the staff, particularly the vet for being so understanding and professional. I'm sure "Woolly" (Tribal name, Sir Lurks-a-Lot El Bey) was grateful too.
