Absolutely disgusting!!! My dog almost died because Alex refused to believe something was wrong and kept telling us she had IBS! She had a tumour removed from her bowel which was completely blocked! Thank goodness for the Lowestoft Vets! Saved my baby!

Having had animals all my life, run a bird sanctuary I have had countless visits to vet and can safely say that Alex & his team are the best I have ever used. It's not just a business, they clearly love animals and it shows in the care they are given. Highly recommended to anyone who loves their Pet.

I love this practice. I have had several dogs treated by Alex and the team over the years, and have always had kind and caring treatment. Sadly a few have reached the end of their lives and Alex has show all compassion for me, my family and, most importantly, for my dogs. I have nothing but gratitude for Alex and have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.

Alex and Rebecca are absolutely incredible. They have saved the lives of 2 of my pets, one from a seizure and one from a womb infection. Squeezed both in without appts and even came with me to the overnight vet with my dog to make sure he Is seizures where under control whilst driving

We recently transferred from our old vets to this one & are really happy with the service. We recently had a blood test done on our chihuahua Maya who suffered from occasional fits. The blood test was administered on the spot so we were with her, unlike the previous vets where they carted her off to a separate room and we weren't allowed to stay with her. The results came through the very next day, unlike our previous vets which took weeks on end to respond with results and only then after many phone calls asking when the results were likely to be sent through. When they eventually did the bloods were so old that the results were inconclusive so we wasted roughly £250 on that. At Pakefield however the resulting tests on the sample proved conclusive and Maya was immediately put on medication to help with the fitting, which it has. I would not hesitate to recommend Pakefield vets.

I have been with this practice now for a year and a half, and I couldn't wish for a kinder, more compassionate vet as Alex is. When I sadly had to have my cat put down, Alex was very gentle and so kind and she passed away peacefully. Alex continues to provide care to my other elderly cat, and I wouldn't dream of taking her anywhere else.
