  Our dog had her neutering surgery here and just had a post-op appt today with Sally. She’s been so so lovely to our Boba and given her the best care whilst explaining everything fully. The vets as a whole is very approachable and the staff are so friendly. Thanks so much for taking good care of Boba🩷

  We have been twice to Gibson & Jones. Both times with our mice. Both experiences have been fantastic. They are genuinely a kind & caring vets. We are more than happy with our treatments for the mice. The staff were really kind to our son when we had to put his mouse down. They were really respectful to all of us at a sad time.

  Our little angel was looked after so well by Gibson and Jones over the last few years. This week we had to say goodbye and I can only say that the care, kindness and support given by all the staff made the hardest day of our lives more bearable. So caring and such expertise. an absolute credit to veterinary in Wales xxx

  A few weeks ago, we had to say goodbye to my best friend, Bruno—the most loving and caring dog I've ever had. We adopted him when he was 10 and shared six incredible years filled with adventures. But like all of us, he grew older, and his time eventually came. We reached out to several vets for help, but most seemed more focused on money than on genuinely caring for our situation. Then we found Gibson and Jones in Gowerton, and they were truly exceptional. They were compassionate, deeply understanding of our feelings, and gave us the time we needed without rushing anything. We chose just to have the sedation, and the next day, when we returned to settle the payment, we were overwhelmed with gratitude. They had prepared a beautiful, thoughtful card with Bruno’s paw print, along with a small jar of his fur. It was such a touching gesture. I highly recommend Gibson and Jones for any pet needs. They genuinely care and go above and beyond. Thank you so much to everyone at Gibson and Jones Gowerton—you are truly some of the best in the business.

  A lovely, kind caring vet( l can't remember her name) helped soothe the distress of having to put my beloved cat to sleep, by handling the really difficult task with gentleness and understanding. My little cat's life ended as perfectly as possible, which made her loss a bit easier. She'd been attending this practice for nearly 20 years, and they have always provided good appropriate care.

  A big thank you to vet Karen who was really respectful and kind when we had to ask her to put our lovely cat Lily to sleep this morning - we couldn't have asked for a better person to be with Lily on her final journey. Fast forward 3 months and these are the wild flower seeds that Gibson & Jones sent for us to plant in memory of our beloved and much missed Lily cat - thank you they are beautiful and we think of her every time we look at them.
