We had an excellent consultation and received great care from Jenna for our cat. She really listened to our concerns and walked us through each step of the process, clearly explaining what would be involved and how much each part would cost before proceeding, something we really appreciated, as not all vets take the time to do this.

This is not my actual vet but one in the same group that calls were diverted to due to technical difficulties at Hellesdon. I spoke to a receptionist, Georgia, this morning who was just so super helpful and knowledgeable and had had a similar experience to my own with phantom pregnancy and 'drying out' failures! But she knew the vets so well across the practices and was able to advise that I should wait until Tuesday for a follow up. In short just a really lovely, very professional and knowledgeable member of staff that went above and beyond, seeing how they are having to cover another practice's calls. Thank you Georgia. Jayne and Daisy the Sprocker. Xx

I have had two very poor experiences with the staff at this vets. On the first occasion I went to register my dog with the vet in December 2024. However, at the initial consultation the vet treated me to a hard sell of their annual pet subscription, whilst giving me a fear-mongering litany of all the different illnesses that could befall my dog, likely or not. Alone in the room with him, door shut, I was placed under great pressure to subscribe to their plan. I found the whole experience extremely unprofessional and stressful. I left without paying for the so-called 'service' I had received. Later I spoke with the receptionist, who apologised for the behaviour of the vet, and we left it at that. Fast forward six months I have received a letter from a debt collection agency on behalf of the vet. So, I called the practice, who, it turned out, had been sending payment reminders to an incorrect email address. However, upon speaking with the practice manager in an attempt to resolve the issue, he himself was quite aggressive and made it clear that he was unwilling to acknowledge my original complaint as having any substance, and requiring me to pay the bill, which I now have. Strongly suggest going elsewhere, because in my experience they were quite unprofessional and completely unsympathetic .

Had a first check up appointment for my two guinea pigs yesterday with vet Agnieszka and just want to give her a 5 star rating!!! She was so friendly, so knowledgeable, so helpful and I really felt like my piggies were in great hands. Can only recommend her!

I took my puppy to Willow Veterinary Clinic – Thorpe Road for her second vaccinations, and I was very impressed from the moment I walked in. First impressions really do count, and the clinic had a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Nagger was especially helpful, professional, and informative, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I felt confident about my puppy’s care. The service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

I could not fault the service from Willow for the service they give with our two little kitten's routine check ups. But last week they went above and beyond, I took my cat to them struggling to breathe as an emergency slot. He was seen to as soon as I arrived and placed on oxygen. Unsure of what the cause was Monika was quick to put him on charcoal, which I credit to saving his life. He is now home with his little brother causing havoc like the stay with the vets didn't happen. These people really care for your pets!
