Can’t speak highly enough of Onca Vets. They’re approachable & caring & have been fantastic in looking after my beloved elderly dog Teddy. It’s not been easy for him or me as he has a lot of underlying health problems as he’s 14 but the staff at Onca have been very supportive & helpful.It really helps to see the same staff each time we visit. Thank you so much 🤩🤩🤩

Went called Friday for a appt got offered one for Saturday warm welcome from receptionist an vet we went straight in on time. Had concerns regarding 1 of our dogs she's not been herself lately. After a good check up all over no corners cut legs back neck shoulders feet all checked an explained we were happy with the explanation an painkillers 2days on I wernt happy called spoke to reception an she put me straight through to vet he answered straight away! I explained an he was happy to see her again so we been back an got a stronger pain killers decided to altered our way forward an hopefully we will be on the right track. He was very understanding very helpful asked me lots of things about her an her daily routine an character I'm happy to put my pet in his care. He had time to listen an examin her with great care he wernt worried about how long it was taking either I'm so glad we changed to Onca vets

Fabulous vet and practice and a rare independent. Mihai will discuss options with you understanding that owners who have their pet's health as highest importance but dont always have the funds. As an ex veterinary nurse and pet carer I see both sides, I'm just really happy to have found this practice.

Brilliant from start to finish.i.was worried about my dog having operation. Mihai and receptionist, sorry didn't get her name ,I blame my stress ... They both friendly and contacted me after operation. Which was a success and she recovered well . My dog had 2 post op check ups and she ran in and greeted mihai like he is her best person ever... Highly recommend this vet .

I can’t fault the fantastic service that I have and know I will still receive such a lovely vet and wonderful stff my cats love the vet too and the treats they get

Staff there are lovely. We have taken dogs and cats to them and they are incredibly caring and totally focused on the well being of the animal. Our latest visit ended sadly for our very old cat but both vet and nurse were hugely empathetic and visibly emotional at the outcome. This is a personal, animal focused practice where the interest is a long way from taking as much money as possible.

I switched to Onca Vets after a recommendation from a friend and I'm very glad I did. The Vet is fantastic with both my rescue dogs, one of whom has anxiety near unknown men due to trauma as a pup. My older dog has had 2 operations with Onca, 1 remove teeth due to lack of previous dental care and another for a separate condition - on both occasions she has been incredibly well cared for. I highly recommend you look to Onca for your pets care.
