I can’t thank the whole team enough for the care and kindness they show every time we visit. Everybody — from the receptionists and nursing staff through to the vets themselves — are absolutely fantastic. They are always welcoming, compassionate, professional, and genuinely caring towards both pets and owners. It’s so reassuring to know our pets are in such safe and capable hands. Thank you to each and every one of you for all for the amazing work you do.

Our first visit to Catton Vets with our cat, Milly. Shame I arrived on the wrong day. My fault but the staff were incredible and fitted me in with no hassle. Lovely quiet practice with staff both vets and reception who evidently enjoy working there. Very professional. Glad I changed form another vet to here. Go again next week with our other cat.

If I could give 0 stars i would, on the 20th September I took my very poorly dog in and was advised he needed a blood test , I said yes that's fine, paid the bill £279.90, which was the price the receptionist said it was, sadly there was nothing to be done and we lost him that evening, over 4 months later( 28th January) I decide to move my other dog to another practice, had a phone call from Catton saying I owe them £85 for part of the blood test the VET forgot to add onto the bill on the 20th September. 1 if I owed the vet money I think they would have been banging down my door before now 2 , I paid the bill which i was told 3 To bring up Archies death in this way after 4 months is absolutely disgusting 5 28th January is the 1st I've heard of it 6 All because I choose to leave to go to a new vet.

Fantastic service and incredibly accommodating (particularly with all the snow on the day of Beech's appointment). All staff were brilliant keeping me up to date with his procedure and took fantastic care of him and Beech was still happy to enjoy cuddles after. 💜

I can’t recommend Catton Vets enough! The staff have been so lovely and helpful right from the start, even before I had Norris. The lady on reception was amazing she explained everything clearly and sent me all the info I needed. When we went in, everyone was so kind and made such a fuss of him. They were really attentive, especially when he was a little nervous, and even brought in another nurse to help calm him down. Once the treats came out, he was totally fine! I’m no longer worried about taking Norris to the vets because they were just so lovely. Highly recommend Catton Vets!

Had to take one of my girls in as she had got beat up by her sister over the weekend and quite severely injured her paw. I'm disabled myself and have been in an absolute state since it happened about how I'd afford treatment. Vets went above and beyond for my Luna and I genuinely could not be more grateful. My girl took it all in stride and I've been a mess 😅 Could not recommend these guys enough! Will unlikely ever use another vet just such lovely staff!

I had previously left a review for Medivet Catton and have decided to update it and to thank the friendly and helpful staff at this practice. When I arrived in the UK almost 9 years ago, I registered my two cats here at the recommendation of a neighbor. In that time, the desk staff, nurses and vets have been so kind and patient with our pets, my partner, and myself and always prioritized the comfort and wellbeing of our cats and now our senior dog, as well. Thank you!
