I’ve never felt so embarrassed in a shop. Jason, the manager at Jolleys, who served me at the checkout, demanded to know the flavour of the sausages I’d bought, even though I’d just grabbed an assortment because they were all the same price. When I couldn’t give him a specific answer, he spoke to me like I was causing him a major inconvenience and said I’d “mess up his stock.” His arrogance and attitude were completely uncalled for. I left feeling humiliated and I won’t be going back.

Don't bother purchasing live food from here mostly dead don't bother feeding their livestock. staff don't care when you point it out. Staff also just bleh no hello no chat nothing just useless won't bother again

Used the community vet clinic and it was great. Staff were all friendly and the vet was lovely. Only place in Norwich we could find offering Vanguard 7 vaccines for puppies. Reasonably priced and discount given with the loyalty card. Would recommend and return!

Best pet shop in Norwich. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good prices. Excellent dried snacks selection and good rewards scheme. Enjoy to come here. Now get all dog food here instead of Amazon too

I popped in to get some fish on friday and I must say the customer service was fantastic! I was asked lots of questions about my tank and I could tell the staff really cared about the welfare of their animals. Its not often large pet shops care much about aquatics and it was very nice to see this certainly wasn't the case with Jollyes. The marble mollies are enjoying their new 5ft home!! Thanks a million!!
