I've never experienced any problems when visiting this store so far. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and polite. The store is what it is inasmuch as mosting being cheaper imported products so quality isn't likely to be as good as other places, I always lower my expectations at such establishments as buying cheap you often find you buy twice! I personally find Jollyes are more competitive on price compared with Pets At Home. Regarding upselling of other services such as grooming and veterinary work being 'under the same roof', I personally would never take my dog to Jollyes or such competitors for this nor would I expect staff to be able to advise on such things. Overall I would recommend them and am happy to continue using them for what I choose to purchase from there.

Lovely store ..manager man very helpful & interactive with us as customers ..although i did notice a member of staff nearby showing no interest ...pets are peoples children & like staff to make a fuss

Well this is bad customer service, we needed lily's kitchen dogfood quickly so placed an order paying for express delivery and a 2 day promise of delivery.came 5 days later with an list of why 2dayz did not happen so DO NOT pay for express delivery, no reimburse payment was forthcoming on not honouring there promise to us as customers very poor service

Clean, well laid out store with very reasonable prices. Staff are polite and helpful too....their own brand "Lifestage" dog food is excellent especially the fish variety. Our dog's coats are incredibly shiny and very compatible with their sensitive dietary needs. Highly recommended
