This shop always had a lovely team of staff. Last time I called in there wasn't any faces I recognised. The staff that could be bothered to mumble was exstreamly rude and billerant. I avoid it and shop elsewhere now. I personally wouldn't give a star but can't leave a review otherwise

Great place, unless you’re one of the insects bred for reptiles, but past your sell by date, and left to die of thirst and starvation in a box at the bottom of the pile

Small but lovely shop, always a great range for all sorts of pets. Staff are super friendly and actually know their stuff, which makes life a lot easier when you’re stood there wondering which food/treat/toy is right. Prices are fair, and the free parking is a bonus. My dog drags me in every time we’re nearby, and honestly, which is a good sign.

I am loving this store since the revamp. I am very glad they no longer sell small animals. I've had conversations with the manager a few times now and he's very passionate about his job and an all round nice guy. They have a great selection of products and this is now my go to shop as I can get everything I need for my dog, cat and bearded dragon in one place. I also love that you can easily donate some food/treats to local animal charities at the till. Great idea.
