My two dogs and I got such a warm and friendly welcome from Elsie and Emma. Both my dogs are nervous but with all the care and attention they received they were quickly relaxed and happy. Thank you to The Old Golfhouse at Brandon.

We have used the Old Golfhouse vets for a very long time ( more than 20 years !!) All of the staff are very helpful and have taken care of us when we loose a pet. Highly recommend all of them.

The local vets I have used these for about 9 years now. Always helpful and professional. The issues I have had with my dog over the years have been dealt with very well in one instance the vet even completed the insurance paperwork for me. My pet is now end of life, that said all the care and medication requirements have been dealt with in a timely manner and any concerns I have had have been discussed and dealt with. When I decided it was not fair to put a 15 year old dog through major surgery I was never pressured to change my mind which I feel other places may have done. All in all a great team very friendly and very competent. Highly recommend

Pricing is erratic & expensive. No one bothers to call you back this includes the vet & Tilly Morgan who is the manager. Unnecessary tests so they can charge you more. Would not recommend, much better vets available in Mildenhall

This vetinary surgery used to be top class. Now, unfortunately, they are only interested in the money they get. Two of my kittens died because an inexperienced, newly qualified vet was at the Brandon Surgery when I brought them in. She had no idea what to do an kept phoning the main surgery in Thetford to ask what to do. Absolutely not good enough.

Do not use these vets my dog was mauled by another dog, my husband rushed him down there....the dog was critical he was told the dog had no wounds and had probably been poisened by eating a toadstool! The dog had lost loads of blood and they could not get a line in to give him critical fluids. Over the phone he told me the little dog wouldn't survive and that it would cost thousands to go to the Animal Health Trust....fortunately I am medically trained and was able to deem these two clowns as incompetent and unable to make that call. He was there on the table an hour...doing nothing except wasting vital time. When referring to the animal health trust he was asked for the dogs temperature .....which he hadn't even taken! We eventually put him in the car and fortunately got him there....he had been viciously attacked....and had extensive wounds!! We were told. ..no wounds. He is currently holding his own thank God we didn't let them put him down
