I have just had excellent service here with my cat. I was kept in informed throughout the treatment by phone and email and we couldn't have been better treated.

Took my 12 week old pup to Eastgate for her 2nd jabs. They were perfect with her. The vet took time to check her over properly, gave me lots of advice, some of it breed specific too. An all-round great experience.

Had a lot of visits to Eastgate veterinary centre Thetford from 5th November to 11th December whe the dog finally went to rainbow bridge. Was fitted in at very short notice. 22nd December I was again fitted in at very short notice with my other dog. Everyone there is very sympathetic and polite and helpful. Thankfully this time my second dog has damaged her bicep. Thoroughly examined and she loved everyone. The sent me a card on the passing of my previous dog.

A brilliant vets. Our cat Sparki is registered here and the staff are always nothing but kind, friendly and helpful. We chose this vets as we previously had our hamster put to sleep here and found the reception staff and the vet to be incredibly compassionate. We find the pet plan to be excellent value for money too! Also love the cat parking area, great idea!

Had an appointment with Jess Gauton. My two dogs for their annual vaccination and medical check. Jess was so thorough and explained everything and gave me good advice. I felt a lot happier knowing that my little fur babies were cared for. The receptionists were very friendly too. Had a good experience at the surgery yesterday. Well done

Took our cockapoo to Eastgate for his yearly vaccination yesterday and they were so lovely in making him feel relaxed. He was good with other people & dogs/cats and even hopped up on the scales for me & didn’t even flinch when the needle went in. A laid back dog equals a happy me too. Thank you so much everyone as he can be nervous 💗

Took our dog for her vaccinations and booked to have her second round 4 weeks later on the way out at reception and the women confirmed our booking. Walked half an hour on the day of the second round for them to have lost our booking and send us to Bury St Edmunds branch.
