I moved to the area two years ago and was concerned about finding a veterinary practice as good as my previous one. I initially joined a practice that had been recommended by my former vets, but I found it was quite a distance away and, due to its size, I rarely saw the same vet twice. After searching locally, I found Uplands Way Vets and decided to pop in to get a feel for the practice. Straight away, I loved how friendly and personable it felt—exactly what I had been looking for—so I registered my girls there immediately. From the moment you walk in, the reception team are welcoming and helpful, and every visit has given me the personal service I was hoping for. When you’re taking a beloved pet to the vet, that level of care and familiarity is invaluable. Recently, I brought one of my girls in because I suspected she had a grass seed in her ear. She was seen very quickly, and it turned out I was right, so she needed a minor operation to remove it. The whole process was handled professionally and with great care, which gave me real peace of mind. I’m so pleased I made the switch to Uplands Way Vets. The team are friendly, caring, and professional, and I feel confident that my dogs are in excellent hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Dogs are known for being nervous about going to the vets, this is not the case for my hound. Penny is so excited and knows straight away where she is. The Care Team are absolutely fantastic also very professional with the care they show with the animals. Right from being a puppy Penny has received excellent care. The advice from the vets regarding her wellbeing have been first class also concerns regarding her diet have been helpful. I use the Health Plan that is offered which is great. I know that when I go through that door I will always receive the best service from the team. So pleased I took the recommendation from a friend

We recently had our German Shepherd spayed at Uplands Way Vets. We can’t fault in any way the care she received before, during and after the procedure. The Veterinary and nursing staff were compassionate, supportive and professional. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have to say a massive thank you to uplands vets. Unfortunately we had to have our very loved dog put to sleep on Monday after suffering with heart failure. I can't thank the nurses enough for making Stanley's passing so stress free for him and making him so relaxed and at peace. I will always be very grateful for the way you both (Ebony&Charlotte) took care of Stanley and were both so caring and compassionate💙

Ron needed his nails clipped and unfortunately he does not like going to see the vet or having anything done! With a lot of patience and good care the nurses managed to achieve what is often regarded as the impossible! Nice clipped nails and the building is still standing! Thank you so much for this. I am very grateful to you all.
