So happy with the love, patience and care that was given to my cat. They have been transparent throughout and have constantly kept me up to date. Our cat was very unwell and had a blocked bladder, unfortunately it had got to a point that blood was in his bladder and was massively affecting his other organs. It looked like he would have to be put down, but with my consent they pushed through with treatment. Prices were always given and options whether I wanted to proceed were always given. It is important to understand that our family would try anything to help him. Some people won’t, and that’s their choice. I would not judge. He was so well taken care of and the love and passion for animals was obvious and abundant. Cutie (the cat) pulled through, had an amazing night and I was thrilled to wake up to a text and video. He was so much better and eating again. He is home now and I wanted to reach out to say how great cherry tree vets have been throughout the whole process. Open, kind and amazing at what they do. Thankyou guys for being you and loving what you do. Never once did I feel it was about profit but instead about the pets that change our lives for the best

Just recently registered our dog 'Cooper' with Cherry Tree Vets and discovered he needed teeth extracted, the professionalism and kindness went above and beyond our expectations. The surgeon, Dr Alba Troya explained the operation in detail, of which we appreciated and the whole team at Cherry Tree were very understanding and reassuring. However, special thanks goes to the wonderful Dr Anh Phuong Bui. She treated 'Cooper' like he was her own and went the extra mile to make sure both of us felt comfortable and calm. Her empathy and kindness during a stressful visit made all the difference. She was extremely informative and very professional, we would never use anyone else in the future, a beautiful person inside as well as out, thank you so much Anh.

I cannot recommend Marie and her team highly enough. Everyone there is kind, considerate and professional. We have always had good, unbiased, sensible advice. Our dogs’ needs are very different but each has their needs met in a kind and supportive environment. I love the fact that no matter what, the pet’s needs come first. All members of staff are lovely with our dogs, everyone very much has the same values and gentle approach to animals. We are so grateful to have found them.

Super friendly staff, nurse and vet helped to give urgent care to a stray cat at short notice. They work closely with Feline Care (East Harling) to help cats in need. Thanks for all the support today!
